Canada Transfers was extremely reliable, I would absolutely recommend them and use them again. We booked the private airport transfer round-trip which was a breeze - the friendly greeter was waiting for us right outside the arrivals door at the airport and took us to our driver, who brought us to our hotel without any hiccups. Return transfer was just as seamless, with the driver waiting for us at the valet area of our hotel at the scheduled time. The drivers were friendly and drove safely.

We were introduced to Canada Transfers by friends who had used the service to get to their condo in Playa del Carmen. Since we required the same service, we booked a return airport transfer with them online. The convenience of pre-booking and paying might be a challenge for first time users of the service, but any of those fears were set to rest by the service we received. We were met by a company representative upon exiting the air terminal and escorted to a 9 passenger, immaculately maintained bus and an English speaking driver. We were the only couple on the bus. He offered to stop at a convenience store for us to purchase snacks and refreshments for the one-hour drive to Playa. We did so and thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Our driver was open to conversation and highlighted points of interest along the way.
Upon arrival at our condo, the driver assisted us with our luggage. Upon our return date, one month later, the driver arrived on time with another impeccably maintained 9 passenger bus and a cooler with coke and beer already stocked for our enjoyment. Again, we were the only passengers. Our driver returned us to our WestJet terminal with plenty of time to shop at duty free and have lunch prior to our flight home.
We have no reservations whatever in recommending Canada Transfers and look forward to our next opportunity to use their services.

1/29-2/1 trip to playa in cancun and didn't want the huge bus that stops at multiple hotels. This was our first time using Canada transfers and well worth the costs . I asked for tequila, wine coolers and water to be waiting in our van. Even with the provisions I requested, this service was less cost than the overcrowded larger buses. This private transfer service is a must for every vacation to come.See you again in March- the cold towels were a nice surprise also-Well done

This was our second time using Canada Transfers to get from the Cancun airport to and from a hotel near Playa - we highly recommend. Leaving the Cancun airport is really annoying, you’re harassed by time share agents and other transfer companies while exiting the airport, Canada Transfers makes the trip to Riviera Maya/Playa del Carmen much much easier. Their prices are totally reasonable and both times we used them our driver was waiting for us right right where they said they’d be, just outside of luggage retrieval. They were on time for us both return trips to the airport too.
All drivers we had have been very friendly and professional. This trip both drivers wore masks took all necessary COVID precautions.
As a seasoned international traveler I highly recommend Canada transfers. The online version reservation process is also very simple which is nice. Trustworthy and dependable, all you could ask for

Our family (4 adults, 2 toddlers) used this service over Christmas and were not disappointed!
Booking was easy and both drivers were very professional and punctual. We were happy to arrive at the resort ahead of the rush of others on our flight and on the return to the airport, also beat the rush.
The price was very fair and charged in Canadian $. We will definitely use Canada Transport again and have recommended it to others!

Canada Transfers came highly recommended by friends who visit Cancun regularly, so we booked with them for a recent trip to the Riviera Maya. The booking was incredibly easy and a pretty good value considering our resort was over an hour from Cancun Airport.
Once we got out of customs at the airport, it was really easy to find the Canada Transfers rep with the big sign and our names on it. This was really nice since that whole area is pretty wild with lots of tourists arriving and lots of people trying to sell you things. The rep was really friendly and took us over to our private van where we met the driver. They had cold towels and cold water waiting for us, and loaded all our bags in for us. The ride to the hotel was smooth and easy - the van was in very good condition and the driver seemed very safe on the road. The return trip was equally smooth. The driver showed up at our resort right on time and gave us a nice, easy drive back to the airport. I would definitely recommend them if you need a Cancun airport transfer.

When making travel arrangements to a destination that I have never been to and not having personal recommendations from family of friends, I remain skeptical to online reviews. I narrowed down the reviews for Canada Transfers and one other company. Canada Transfers had almost 91% excellent reviews so I placed my trust in making the reservation online prior to my trip. I received an email confirmation back, with with my roundtrip vouchers and explicit instructions abour navigating your way out of the airport and instructions about avoiding all the vendors who will approach you offering a variety of services. Once you exit the airport a Canada Transfer representive will have be displaying a large Canada Transfer sign with your name on it. The representative ill then escort you to your vehicle and introduce you to the driver. My wife and I had a large van and the driver Paco immediately offered us a cold bottle of water and a chilled towel to refresh ourselves. Paco was extremely friendly and courteous and a great driver and we spoke the entire way to the hotel as he shared some insights about Cancun. The day before we left we received a confirmation email reitering the time that we would be picked up that we were already aware of from our return voucher to the airport.
Our driver, Memo, arrived at least 10 minutes earlier than the stated pick-up time, which of course was very reassuring. Memo was just as friendly and courteous and engaging as our first driver, Paco, was. We spoke about the great time we had in Cancun and then discussed other resort areas we would consider in the future. Memo gave great suggestions and we really appreciated his perspective. Memo was also a great driver and sent us off back to the United States with such a wonderful feeling about all of the people we encountered in Mexico.
I highly recommend you consider Canada Transfers when in Cancun.

Amazing experience, service was on time and friendly. We had to reschedule our pickup time for our return trip, and they were very prompt to accommodate us and confirm all the details via email. Stellar communication. Pickups were both precisely on time, highly reliable, and would recommend for all future travel needs.

When looking for transfer companies from the airport we wanted confidence, punctuality and drinks from the airport. We got it all and more during booking this was the only booking process that enabled us to pick exactly what drinks we wanted in the shuttle and prices were better than others. $1 Coronas, yes please. There was great email communication to make sure flights were verified and pickup times were verified. Even a phone call the next day after booking to see if we had any questions
They were easy to spot at the airport and the greeter took us directly to our van, they loaded the bags for us, and we were in the air conditioned van with drinks in our hands in no time. Same on return

We were met at Cancun airport by a pleasant driver in a comfortable vehicle.They checked with us a couple of days ahead of the return journey that nothing had changed and gave us our time of departure from the hotel. they were very punctual in both directions and we would definitely recommend Canada Transfers and use them again. Are drivers willing to make pit stops along the way to your hotel to pick up various necessities? (Obviously will tip well!)
yes, they will stop for you at grocery stores etc for short periods of time. All you have to do is ask.

I have tried to pay through your site and PayPal is not working. Also, there is no option to choose my province when filling out my payment info, you only list American States even though the country I chose is Canada. Can this be fixed so we can reserve our transfers??

My flight was delayed 3 hours. I emailed Canada Transfers each time our airline gave us updates.
The Canada Transfers greeters met us outside the Cancun terminal.

We're going to do the Chichen Itza Only Private Tour for 7 people. How long will the whole tour take including the travel time? Also this doesn't come with lunch but are there lunch options there or somewhere close by? Obviously the cost of lunch would be on us but does Canada Transfer charge more if we "stop" for lunch?
