Beach vendors were not overly pushy and would bargain the easy way. Ate a few times from the people handling the food and it was quite good.

This is a decent beach however... don't expect peace and quiet, there is beach club located on the beach which plays very loud EDM (tacky dance music) There's also a tower of lifeguards that will whistle any time anyone strays too far as there's always a red flag up. The toilet on this beach was closed meaning you'd had to... More

This is one of the most frequented beaches in Cancun. Right behind plaza Forum and Coco Bongo, it's a popular beach to visit, specially during spring break. The waves aren't normally that strong and it's great for playing volleyball, soccer, or even throwing a football. I'd be careful with the bar that they have on the beach, they usually try... More

The same situation stated in Lhugo1 review happened to me and my family on New Years Eve. Be very cautious when visiting. The owner was very rude when my dad consulted him about the refund that we was 'supposed' to get back at the end of the night. They also lied about the party finishing at 6am as it actually... More

The beach is beautiful but avoid the bar called Forum Beach Cancun. The waiters tried to scam us : They ask a deposit to stay on the facilities (1500 mxn $ for 5 people). This deposit will be refunded at the departure, deducted from drinks and food. Half an hour later, after a fresh limonade, we decided to leave the... More

If you like clear turquoise seas, sugary beach, waves, crowds, with shopping nearby, this beach is perfect. Rental umbrellas and loungers available, but a beach towel on the sand (with shade from the nearby bar) would do as well for a short swim. Easily reachable by R1 and R2 buses that serve the hotel zone on a very frequent schedule.

If you're on your last day and you want to be at the beach with a ice cold adult beverage, but also want to pick up souvenirs! This is your place to be! The best Tequila is Cave` de Oro extra Anejo 90 - 99 US dollars. Ask for a tasting on the second floor tequila collection. (You can't find... More
