Trip and experience of a lifetime! We flew from Cozumel to Chichen Itza airport. Had a driver Miguel wait for us and hand us over to Monica, a lovely tour guide that catered to all out needs and modified her tour based on our tight schedule. Her input was amazing and made us realize how wonderful and magnificent Chichen Itza is and was. We also visited cenote Ik Kill, it is really beautiful and jumping into the water from the designated platform was amazing! Adrenalin rush! The nature there is beautiful, the cenote itself is amazing! Also, we were the inly passengers at Chichen Itza airport at the time, so we felt like sone VIPs. The while experience was breathtaking and with the flights, Chichen Itza’s wonder and cenote’s beauty and adrenalin, it will remain a beautiful memory we will all share with our grandkids some day! Highly highly recommended! To add, Francisco, the owner of the company, did everything tho help us out and organized everything as per our requests (which changed several times), so a big thank you to him, out new friend!

We had a few days in Cancún and wanted to make the most of our limited time while still being able to visit some of the main attractions and historical sites. Francisco and his team made our trip very enjoyable. All the way from pick up at the hotel, to introducing us to the airplane as well as our guided tour with their very knowledgable guide - a rare experience where everything was a pleasure. Will definitely recommend this to others.

My husband and I travelled to Chichen Itza (ruins) via a private aircraft. The entire team was phenomenal, the pilots were amazing (one of the best landings I’ve ever seen!), the tour guide exceptional and the whole day was incredibly special. We highly recommend it!

We went to Cancun for a short 4-day weekend from New York, wanting to relax, yet still be able to see one of the modern wonders of the world with our two boys (12 and 15 years old). Instead of spending one of our two full days on a road trip to Chichen Itza, we decided to go via Fly Tours Cancun so we could be back by the early afternoon to enjoy the beach. We booked a few days ahead (it's not busy season in November) by emailing with Francisco and reserving via PayPal. A driver met us at our hotel lobby at 8:45. We went to the private airport in Cancun, met Francisco and the 2 pilots, got in their 6-passenger Piper plane and were in the air by 9:08! Within 35 minutes we landed at the Chichen Itza airport and were literally the only plane there. One airport worker was there (seriously!) and a driver was waiting for us. He took us to the site and introduced us to our guide, who had our tickets ready and we skipped the line into the grounds. We spent 2 hours with him walking around while he explained so much about the Mayan culture and answered our questions. He was pleasant and a joy to be with - we learned so much and were amazed by the Mayan history. When we were done, our guide called the driver, he gave us a bagged lunch, we drove back to the small airport where our pilots were waiting and ready to take us back to Cancun. Easy flight back, a driver waiting for us to bring us to the hotel and we were on the beach by 2:15! We did not stop for lunch and swimming in the cenote as many of their trips do, as we chose to make it a quicker trip. It was totally worth the splurge to see Chichen Itza while in Cancun! Our boys also loved the adventure of the small airports, the plane ride and the ruins. Everyone involved was incredibly professional and polite. It was a top notch operation from start to finish and we highly recommend this company. I have never written a review on Trip Advisor, but was so impressed I felt I should!

This by far was the most amazing experience in my life, we had a chance to fly and take great pictures and videos over Cancun's Hotel Zone + Holbox Island which was only 20 minutes away from Cancun, had the personal attention of Francisco which is a great host and pilot. Landing in Holbox is very exiting just as taking off since it's a very small airport but big enough for the suggested aircraft. Thank you Francisco, hope to fly with you again soon.

Everything about this company and excursion was perfect.
From responsive and helpful communication (email) in advance to professional and informative service on the day.
Looking at the 7+ hour coach round trips (much of which is spent going around hotels) we opted to spend the money and buy back some holiday time - and it was well worth it.
For Chichen Itza (express) we were picked up at 0845 and flew out at 0915.
You are handed to a local taxi driver at Chichen Itza airport (15 minute transfer) who works with the company and passes you to the tour guide. You have 90 minutes on site with an amazing guide and then they each hand you over until you're back at your hotel. In our case for 1430.

I have been going to Cancun for 20 years and I never got to Chichen Itza. I always wanted to go, but I never wanted to spend all day in a bus or shuttle getting there. This is the way to go. We were back in our hotel by 3:30 with time to spend on the beach before dinner.

The pilots are very professional and calm. The ride was very bumpy on the way back due to some strong winds but the pilots reassured us and were calm so it was fine.

The lunch was very good, and the tour guide takes you in a side entrance for the food and gives you a private table and you get to the front of the line at the buffet which was really nice.

Visiting the ruins was on my bucket list. I'm glad we went and I would not go see the ruins any other way. El Capitan and his crew did an excellent job in transporting us and our tour guide Julian was excellent and made the trip a great experience. We stayed in an all inclusive nicer than average hotel. My 15 yr old son was hungry so eating in the restaurant was a nice stop, and he appreciated it but I could have skipped the buffet. The cenote stop completes the experience.

We visited Chichen Itza by plane using Captain Francisco's Fly Tours Cancun.com and it turned out to be a great experience. We had two teenage boys with us so the 7 hour bus ride was not the way to encourage them to visit the Chichen Itza site and going by plane was a great hit. We were looked after by Francisco who met us at our hotel first thing in the morning to make sure our transport was on time and from that moment everything was taken care of for us. The views from the plane are absolutely wonderful, it really is a must see. When we arrived at the Chichen Itza Airport we were collected by a driver to take us to the site, we were shown around by Tour Guild Manuel how was great. We were treated like VIP's all day, this is a must do Tour.
