Hola Travelers! Welcome to Deep Life Dive Shop. We are family business dedicated with a passion for a great variety in the SCUBA business. Our Family is long time ocean lovers, we specialize in Cavern divers, and for sure in the satisfaction of our customers. We have 3 different locations two in Cancun, Hotel Zone and Playa Mujeres, and also with dive operation in Cozumel Island. We organize daily Cancun dive trips, including dives at MUSA, reefs, and Shipwrecks. We love to do Cavern and Cave dive trips to the amazing Cenotes these trips are spectacular! Handling always small groups with personalized service. We provide in all our dive trips comfortable van transportation. We also organize Daily Cozumel dive trips. Snorkeling with the Whale sharks, these gentle giants are glorious, we do Bull shark encounters in Playa del Carmen, and Sailfish sardine run encounters North Cancun. Night dives, wreck diving, Nitrox dives & full PADI and SSI Courses, teaching all levels.

I would highly recommend diving with Deep Life Divers! Even before I arrived in Cancun, Eduardo was answering all my questions immediately and was shown to be an infinitely patient man as I asked about even the smallest details. He also spoke to me on the trip back to the hotel by phone after every dive to see if I had a good time and if everything was okay. You can tell he cares about his guests experiences.
I am a chubby diver but they had the equipment ready for me and made me feel comfortable at all stages of every dive. I went to the cenotes, MUSA and wreck diving off of Cozumel. From start to finish each dive was perfect. Raul made me feel comfortable getting back in the water, Gustavo was a steady and knowledgeable guide for the cenotes (especially when we came up in the air pocket on the second dive to talk about the stalagmites ) and Miguel toured us in and out of the wreck with ease and fun!
I paid for photos for the cenote dive with Ivan for $80usd and the videos and photos he got were definitely worth it. The other dive masters were great with taking photos that you could get from the other dives as well.
My favourite dive by far was the cenotes. Do NOT miss this experience! I was lucky enough to be the only diver with my dive master and this made it even better. You must be able to follow your guide in a line so the smaller the group, the better.
I should also mention that I saw other divers on other dives having to lug all their stuff around. Deep Life Divers does all this for you. A very relaxing experience.
Deep Life Divers has early starts which you should be prepared for but especially for the cenote dive, it was worth it as you beat the crowds.
I had a driver pick me up at the airport and Roberto was with me for the whole week. What a lovely and punctual man.
All in all, if you’re looking for a great diving company, I would go with Deep Life Divers. If I go back to Cancun, I will certainly dive with them!

I've booked all my dive trips through Deep Life Divers on my diving trip to Mexico and everyhting worked out very well!
I did Cozumel, Cenotes, and Bull Shark dives with these guys, and whether it's the DLD themselves doing the dives or them hooking you up with other dive shops, their dive expertise, organization, and scheduling is top notch.
Dive guides are great, drivers are always on time, they provide variety of scuba gear to choose from, communication is excellent.
Eduardo was my main contact, and whether I contacted him from US or while in Mexico, he was always available, provided helpful advice, and answered any questions I've had thoroughly, either via e-mail, whatsapp, or phone calls.
Awesome experience with this company, 5 stars and highly recommended!

I've taken two try scuba classes but this was my first real dive. The company was very responsive and nice, literally answering every question that I had no matter the time of day. I will say that I was a bit bummed because I had my heart set on seeing MUSA but the high winds made it impossible to scuba in the ocean. So they took us to a cenote instead. Vicente was my dive instructor and he was super nice and helpful. He explained things to me even though I already knew them from my previous classes. That showed me how attentive they were. The dive was great, of course a little underwhelming because I had my heart set on tropical fish, sea turtles and underwater statues. But I did see some fresh water fish and crabs. But the rock formations were the best part. I will totally use them whenever I come back to Cancun.

We decide that instead of diving this time, we would do the whale shark snorkel. Absolutely amazing! I was very hesitant on picking a company I was not familiar with. I am so thankful we picked Deep Life Dive!
They picked us up from the hotel, drove us to the marina. We had breakfast, then we boarded the boat.
I want to pause for a moment. The reason Deep Dive appealed so much to me is that their cost was inexpensive for what others cost. I was absolutely torn with going VIP vs a more public price. I decided to do public pricing and based on the descriptions of Deep Dive, thought it was worth the gamble.
The gamble paid off. Deep Dive only allows 6 people on a tour (especially now due to Covid). I was part of one couple and there was another onboard. It took about 1 hour to get to the where the whales are located, but it was a fun ride.
When we got there, it was breathtaking. The captain got us extremely close, and we got to go multiple times! The crew spoke great English, and we had a blast!
There were other boats there, and those boats were PACKED! I would have hated being on any of those boats.
After the whale snorkeling, we set out for Isle of Mujeres where we had an amazing lunch. It was actually the best food we had during our whole trip! We swam and relaxed until it was time to return back. We returned, they drove us back to our hotel and we already miss it!
In summary - DO NOT PAY for some VIP private tour for 2k. Instead, go with these guys! They didn't treat us like a number, they treated us with amazing service.Get treated with VIP service without pay VIP pricing. Deep Dive delivers!
With such amazing service - you bet we will be using them when we return for diving!

I completed the PADI Open Water Diver certification and had such a wonderful experience! I had planned a vacation to Cancun and have been meaning to get certified for some time, so I looked for dive shops where I could get certified while I was on vacation. Eduardo was wonderful to work with as I prepared for the course. He was prompt and very detailed on communication, made ti easy to do the pre-reading, and payment was easy as well.
I was staying at a hotel in the area and opted for the roundtrip transportation organized through Deep Life and it was a great idea. The drivers were all very friendly and professional. I had excellent door-to-door service with them and highly recommend it.
My instructor was Vicente who was excellent. Professional and friendly, but also laid back which helped to calm my nerves. He communicated clearly and openly about my progress. I felt very safe throughout the whole experience.
It took me 2 days to complete my certification and the water in Cancun was beautiful with perfect diving conditions and sights to see.
I highly recommend Deep Life Divers!

I’ve nothing but full of praise for Deep Life Team. As I come from the Middle East and have not been to Mexico, Eduardo was super helpful with my queries and very responsive (despite the time difference).
From the hotel pick up (driver was on time) to the Dive Center, we were warmly welcomed by Dive Instructor Fernando… My husband and I have never dived before so this is truly our first discovery dive experience and Fernando ensured us and made us feel very comfortable from the training to the actual dive. We enjoyed every bit of it! If you are looking for a dedicated team, Deep Life is the one. Look no further!

Deep Life was great! I booked a wreck and reef dive while in Cancun on vacation. I got transportation to and from the dive shop from my hotel. Vicente was our guide. He was outgoing, responsible, and made sure everyone was safe. We dove to a wreck about 75 feet down then a reef on our second dive at about 45 feet. Saw some great marine life! Our guide also took our cameras to help capture pics of marine life and ourselves while on the dive. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to dive in Cancun!!

Just back from a short trip to Cancun where I spent 3 days with Deep Life Divers: 2-tank reef dives, Cenotes (The Pit, Batcave, Barbie Line), and whale shark snorkeling on day 3. Eduardo was great in suggesting options and arranging logistics including hotel pick-up and drop-off. First time in Cancun so convenience, responsiveness and professionalism were important for the best possible experience. From Eduardo to the drivers to the dive masters, my expectations were exceeded and as a result I have great memories to look back on. When I make it back, DLD will have my business again.

From beginning to end, this was a great experience! Eduardo made the trip extremely smooth and easy with rides to and from the air port/AirBnB. Javier and Kiko were great drivers, being very punctual and accommodating. Once we got there, Laura greeted us with a smile and positive vibes. Vincente was an amazing instructor, making sure we all had a solid grasp on what we were doing while also making it fun and enjoyable. He also took some amazing pictures of us to help solidify the experience. The captain, Ivan was also really nice and helped make the experience even better. Overall amazing experience. Would highly recommend!

I’ve done a couple dives with them now and it’s always a great experience. They pick you right up from your hotel and go to the marina. Wry nice drivers and great dive guides. Alfredo was great and spotted a couple really large and reclusive king crabs.
It’s a great operation and Eduardo called and spoke with me a couple times to make sure everything was going well. This is the place I will use whenever I’m in Cancun in the future
As for the dives, the weather was a bit rough, so we couldn’t get to a shipwreck, but we did 2 tanks over a reef. Good 60+ foot visibility, lots of cool lobsters, lion fish and crabs, plus the normal reef fish. Great overall dive, and they really do their best to make sure your experience is good.

Que buena experiencia! Nosotros estaremos viajando la ultima semana de Marzo. Tienen idea de valores para los buceos? Quisieramos algo que no sea muy caro ya que tenemos un peso muy debil y nos gustaria hacer 3 o 4 dias de buceo.

We are now back inside the Hotel zone. At Km 4.1. From all ritmo is 10 to 15 min drive. We provide roundtrip transportation in our own vans. No taxis. One of our drivers is for you at the lobby we set up the pick up time depending on the dive zone you like to dive.
Cancun morning reef dives pick up 8:20 am you end back at our marina 12pm driver is waiting for you to take you back your hotel.
Musa and reef dive pick up 12:15 ending 4pm
Fresh water dives the Cenotes pick up 6:45am ends depend on what cenote we take you around 12-1-2-3pm
Cozumel dives pick up 6:30am , ending back in Cancun 6pm
And for last
Puerto morelos wreck dive pick up 7:30am ending back at your hotel around 12:30pm

Hello
I will arrive in Cancun on the 10th and would like to try a dive class. I have never done this before. How long is the class? I have reservations at the Mayan Palace on the 11tth check in is not til 5pm . I need a place to stay for the night of the 10th, any recommendations for that would be nice, I have never been to Cancun. . My family doesn't get there til the 11th. Will I have time to take a class?
