We start with the level of vehicle they have. Super clean, impressive. The drivers were amazing. We had the opportunity to have two drivers on two different occasions. Luis and Rodrigo were more than a driver. Customer service is another level. I traveled a lot and I haven't had service like this in a LONG time. Lastly, we met Martin, in charge of the company's website. Again super impressed with the level of professionalism. There was talk of hiring Unique services again in the very near future. Excellent service! They called the night before we arrived to confirm our flights arrival time and destination. By the time we landed I already had WhatsApp messages asking if we had landed if we had our bags yet etc. our driver Rodrigo was waiting for us. Once we got in the car he started offering us all the wonderful amenities included in their amazing all inclusive service! The mangos were amazing. We had beer soda water chips and dried fruit. Our drive was easy easy and their vehicles are superb!! We specifically requested Rodrigo for our drive back and he gladly accommodated us!! We are going to use the same services next year when we go!

Luis was such an amazing driver on time and was an excellent driver. The vehicle was luxury and high end brand new Escalade very well kept. I would highly recommend this transportation if your looking for comfort and luxury

We had an excellent experience with Unique. Martin our driver communicated regularly and well. Responded quickly. Very flexible with delayed flight’s. Confirmation calls. Everyone in our group was satisfied with our on time and clean transportation.

Used Unique for our transportation to and from the airport. SUVs were clean and comfortable. We made a special request and they were very accommodating. Plenty of drinks and snacks for the ride. Every year I come to Tulum and every year I dread the drive from the airport. This year was different. The firm, the car and Rodrigo the driver made this 2 hour jaunt very pleasurable.
