I had an amazing time with this excursion! We originally signed up for the Ziplining, ATV, Cenote, and tequila tasting. However, when we arrived we decided to upgrade to extending the duration of the Cenote and tequila tasting for 1 hour instead of 30 mins (they had a certain deal going on at the time that we arrived). The cost for 2 people was $75 usd. This also included unlimited tacos and all you can drink margaritas. The one thing to keep in mind is that they will not allow you to bring your cellphones on Ziplining and ATV.. you have to pay extra for the pictures that they will take of you. However, for the Cenote and tequila tasting you can have your phones. The cost could range from $75 usd for all photos, so please be aware of that. (In my opinion, the prices for photos varies based off of your agent that is selling it to you). Overall, I had a wonderful time. We had a very energetic and funny guide and he made it all worth while! His name is Marlon!! I really am satisfied with the experience and am happy that we upgraded. It allowed us time to enjoy ourselves in the water!

THE BEST EXPERIENCE

We were a group of 6 ladies and did the vip experience and we had so much fun!! George (George of the jungle) was our tour guide and he was the absolute best, I dropped my phone at the bottom of the cenote and he dove in and grabbed it. They take lots of pictures throughout the entire experience and they all came out very high quality. The food and tequila tasting was great and all the employees were so high energy and knowledgeable. 10/10 would definitely recommend! I will be back!

Kevin, Laura + others. MUCHAS GRACIAS! ☺️ I had a blast. Service was great. I’m appreciative. I wish you could do another trip to another city! Thank you!
Planning portion was 10/10.
I was paired with a group of 13 and 2 couples. I think they should’ve separated us with the other 2 couples to make a group of 6. Overall fun trip. Some portion of the activity no cell phones allowed for safety which meant if you wanted good pics you’d have to buy them at the end (The price wasn’t cheap). They also helped with transportation service. Trip was safe.

Here is the run down: The driver picked me up like 40 minutes late. He drove like a maniac and played music really loud with offensive lyrics. He dropped me off at a tour company where I was apparently the only one signed up for this particular tour. The people there gave him attitude about that then sent me to a room in the back to wait by myself(??) I ended up getting a taxi and came back to the hotel. UHHHHHH!

How it is after the end of excursion.

Dear Katrina, Thank you for your review and feedback of your experience. As we talked with you previuosly you stated on your visit you were not feeling well and decided on your own to leave before the tour started by your own choice. The tour was operated normally with all the inclusions offered. We have however refunded the complete amount of your activity. Thank you again for your visit.

Fun with friends but our guide was being a bit greedy with money part. They deliberately make you pay $10usd to use a locker and say “we will give back $5usd”. In this case you would expect them to just charge $5 from jump.
But what they do after is say “we don’t make that much salary and rely on tips so please fill up our “happy box”. and when it’s time for give back locker keys, they expect to give them the $5 refund we paid for the locker.
They actually harrass you and say it out loud “oh you aren’t going to fill up the HAPPY BOXX?”
Trust me I don’t mind tipping, since the service was decent but I hate when someone harasses ppl for tips. IT IS EARNED.
Food was also bad.

Really enjoyed all the activities offered for the price. Ziplines were amazing and had a variety. ATV appeared to be old and lacked some.maintenance, you must bring comfortable pants to avoid any accidents with shafing. The Cenote were so pretty and even though water was cold, the tequila and margaritas warmed you up. Andi the tour guide was amazing, she kept us entertained, ensured our safety and really cared about us having a good time.

Unacceptable incident

I hate to write this review because I liked the activities and my guide, but this situation needs to be addressed. We had a young lady traveling solo with us on our tour. She told us that after the tequila tasting she wanted to buy a bottle of tequila. She talked to the promoter/seller and the seller pointed her to a man handing out drinks. This man lead the young lady to the bathroom area and made unwanted sexual advances towards her. I’m sorry that she had that experience, and I hope the management addresses it.

Not accurate prices

The prices are not accurate. We paid $75 each but this is not the real package price. When you arrive they ask you to pay $45 extra per person if you need to “upgrade”, and this is with discount. So be ready to spend roughly $150 per person.

We have been coming to Mexico for 10 years, and we’ve never had an experience this bad. We booked the ATV, cenote, zip-lining, and tequila tasting excursion, but ended up waiting for 45 minutes without being able to participate in any activities. It was completely disorganized and frustrating.

When we asked for a refund due to the inconvenience, they flat-out refused. We've never experienced such poor customer service in all our years of visiting Mexico. We won’t be booking with this company again and advise others to avoid them as well. This was a total waste of time and money!

If you enjoy tourist traps where everything is geared toward upselling and spending more money than your original booking this is the place for you!!!!
