Come explore the incredible world of the whale shark and enjoy the experience of a lifetime with the Whale Shark Discovery. The Whale Shark conveys peace and tranquillity; swimming alongside this gentle giant of the sea is an experience to remember and share again and again. The Whale Shark migrates each year between May and September, so if you are planning to The Mayan Riviera (Playa del Carmen, Cancun or Tulum) during these months, don't miss the incredible opportunity to swim with the Whale Sharks and take home an experience that you will talk about and share with everyone! Whale shark watching can be done by booking a guided tour. No matter where you are staying, transportation / pick up will be organized for you (from Playa del Carmen, Cancun or Tulum)

We made a day long tour that involved the Caracoal cenotaph, tulum, and snorkelling at Yakul with Flávio, Caesar, Juan and Miro. The day was excellent as they were super accommodating of our requests and Flávio was the most informed tour guide I've seen from all of the excursions we've had to date. They designed a great tour for the... More

Our group of ten went on this excursion one week ago and it turned out to be the highlight of our vacation time in the Riviera Maya. Our guide was Fernando and our driver was Jorge. The day started right on schedule. We traveled to Tulum first and were joined by a very informative guide who gave us the story... More

We booked the 3-in-1 Discovery Combo Tour of Tulum, Snorkeling with Turtles, Cenotes and a traditional Mayan lunch. Our guide, Macarena, was very engaging and a super fun guide for our day! Our family of two adults and four kids had a blast touring Tulum (we met up with a wonderful, informative, and nice guide for this portion who works... More

My mom and I booked the 3-in-1 tour of Tulum, snorkeling with Turtles, and swimming in the Cenotes. Our experience could not have been better. Our guide Cesar was incredible. He gave us great insight on the Mayan ruins of Tulum and was extremely knowledgeable about the environment and it gave us great perspective on swimming with turtles and swimming... More

We booked the Paradise Islands tour with our Thompson rep and the tour was operated by Ocean Tours Mexico. We were collected from our hotel prompt at 7am as advised, and picked up other people along the way, our group were English, French and German speaking and all info given in each language by our guide Katrin (French had a... We went to see Tulum, one of the Cenotes, then swimming with the turtles. Our son and daughter-in-law were with us as well. Mariano was our guide and he is excellent! Could not ask for a better guide. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The Tulum guide however was in a rush and kept showing us pictures she had. Mariano gave us... More

At first I didn't want to book this excursion. I don't like being in the water and the highlights of the day was swimming with the turtles and the Cenotes. But, I went with it because I want to see the Mayan temples and I love histories about the Mayans. The first place to go was Tulum. I was amazed!... More

One of the best snorkeling trips we have ever been on. The guys who work on the boat and some of the most fun and knowledgeable about Isla Mujeres. They pick you up at your hotel in the morning, take you to their dock and then bring you back to your hotel in the evening. You have open bar all... More

We started out our excursion by touring Tulum. It was very cool to see, but our guide Elsalvador was very long winded and we didn't get to walk around much to explore and take pictures. He felt very strongly about his beliefs as to the past of the Mayans. But once we got done, the lady (blonde skinny short- Bea)... More

First of all this would not have been as good had we not had the two best tour guides I have ever experienced, Ceasar & Rulian (spelling?)! These two guys were wonderful. They spoke 3 languages fluently and took time to explain everything we saw. First stop was Tulum, second stop the underground caves and a delicious lunch (included), last... More
