Fish Spa Mexico launched a pioneering treatment in the therapeutic and wellness world, being one of the healthiest trends of the moment. Using authentic Garra Rufa fish, also known as "Doctor Fish". These tropical fish from Turkey feed on dead skin cells. You can experience the innovative "Fish Spa Pedicure", exfoliation, biological natural dermabrasion provided by the fish spa, having a great time. Garra Rufa Fish gently suctions dead cells from the outer layer of skin without touching the inner layers. At the same time, they produced micro suction massage which activates blood circulation and facilitates the regeneration of healthy skin. The dead skin is removed and the new layers of skin are more glossy, smooth and healthy. Feet:Submerged in a pond with a comfortable armchair with approximately 150 fish per person, at least 30 minutes recommended time.

My daughter and I went to the Fish Spa at the Cancun airport. Two people are able to receive a discount - the fee is $30 for two. The cost for one person is $20. We had a great time. At first, it was hard for me to relax due to how much it tickled. You become used to the... More

It was an odd sensation at first putting my feet into the tank of fish. You feel them flutter about as they scavenge your feet for dead skin. There are many locations throughout Cancún to get this done. We did it at the plaza next to CocoBongo at the Wayan store! Such a great experience and your feet are so... More

This was alittle weird. Let fish eat my skin? But it was so cool and they did! Now my feet are so smooth! It tickles at first and then it's like fish kisses all over your feet and legs!

Upon leaving from Cancun, my wife and I came across this spa in the airport and gave it a try. To say the least, it was a unique experience. Weird at first but rather enjoyable. The feeling of these Garra Rufa fish nibbling at your feet was bizarre but fun. It gave a kind of buzzing feeling when the many... More

I'd heard about the fish spa before, so while we were in the airport waiting for our flight out of Cancun, My sister& I tried it. It TICKLES!!! It feels like a bunch of tiny bubbles that are able to move independently of each other. The fish are tiny so there's ZERO chance of obtaining an injury because of the... More

I had seen this a number of times online and even had a friend who tried it. I was contemplating doing it myself, then as I was waiting for my flight at the Cancun Airport I saw the Fish Spa and had to give it a go. As soon as I stuck my feet in the little fish came around... More

Wanted to try this a year ago but didn't have enough time. Tried it this trip and it was cool. Worth every penny, feels like mini jets all over your feet. I will do it every trip now!

Did it mostly for experience. They wash your feet first then you put them in the tank. When you first put your feet in its kind of freaky but you eventually will get use to them nibbling at your feet. They really do get your foot smooth but I would forgo a regular pedicure.
