let me start by saying I love Cancun and if you need a great hotel resort, you cant get any better than the Beloved Playa Mujeres... Ok so we did the Tulum Extreme with the trip to the Mayan ruins, zip lining, reppeling and snorkeling. I could not have had a better tour guide. Alejandro took us all the way... More

I booked the Chichen Itza Classic Public tour through USA Transfers and 24-hours before the tour found out via e-mail that it would be conducted by this company. Afterwards, I was quite worried after seeing the reviews of the company on tripadvisor, but I have to say that the tour wasn't that bad, and the tour guide Raymundo was great.... More

We opted for the classic tour just for its convenience –transport, food and guide all included and was reasonably priced. If you are running short of time and do not want to spend a whole day away from your resort, then it is better to opt for a private tour. The tour started with us being picked up at 7.30am... More

Booked through USA Transfer (Public tour to Chichen Itza for $51/person). Pick up was at 7:00 am but they arrived at 7:15am but waited till 7:30am for everyone in our hotel to come down. Then they took us to a mall where we registered and waited for folks to arrive from different hotels to gather. We finally left around 8:40am... More

Well I wasn't overly impressed with this tour. They pick you up at 7am and take you to a mall to wait for other people who are taking the same tour. The mall wasn't open and it would have been nice if there was a coffee stand or something. Once we left, around 8:30ish we stopped by a souvenir stand... More

What can I say..since the moment the bus picked us up I knew I had made a mistake in not getting a private tour instead. The bus was old and the air conditioning wasn't working properly. They pick you up at 7, take you to the mall to pick up your tickets then maybe around 9 am you're on your... More

I am still not sure how many stars to give to this tour (booked through USA transfers). As the other reviewers have mentioned, the tour does not start until 8.45 am no matter how early they pick you up. (They picked us up at 7 AM, just in time to make sure we miss the resort breakfast and then leave... More

We did the chitzen Itza tour with Vic. The price was half the price of all the other tours so I was a little worried. To my surprise they pulled up in a nice modern bus with great A/C! Vic was a great guide and kept the trip interesting. The trip was a whole day. And the pyramids were cool,... More

Interesting idea.. seeing pyramids. But too dang hot to enjoy. And overpriced for summertime. Winter may have been justified. Bus wasn't as comfy as it could have been with a better a/c.

Booked through Entertainment Plus- totally regret this. Coming here and reading the negative reviews makes me feel better because now I know I was not alone in feeling scammed for my time and money. Sure, I ended up seeing Chichen Itza, but the entire day was a waste of time and I felt frequently pressured and obligated to give up... More
