I booked a last minute trip for my family to Cancun a couple of days before Christmas and with not much time to spare researched the shuttle services. I have been to Mexico several times and have used a variety of shuttle services from AMStar to whomever most resorts use as preferred shuttle services. I did some research and was shocked to see eTransfers having a 5 star rating with thousands of reviews. There is a reason for that! I utilized them online and booked from the airport to a hotel since we were arriving late Christmas night and I used Marriott points and had also booked from that hotel to Now Resorts and back to the airport after our stay.
They constantly communicated with me via text and email advising where to meet and what time, who to look for, what to watch out for, etc.
When we met our guy at the airport we didn’t have to wait long at all and he walked us to our private shuttle/suburban and driver. They sprayed down all of our bags and gave everyone hand sanitizer and had a big bottle in the car as well. They offered free bottle water and bottle Beer. The drivers were very safe and careful and always wore a mask ‘the proper way’.
The other two trips they were on time and prompt to respond. For our return to the airport they sent the prototypical 3hrs before exact take off time to pickup and take you to the airport. I asked if they could pick us up at 7:15am instead of 6:40am and they gladly obliged so we were not stuck at the airport longer than needed. They also sent a confirmation email and text to put me at ease of the change. Definitely a great shuttle service company and one I will only use from now on and I am picky. Thanks!

We've tried a few different transfer services, and this one is by FAR the best. The price is great, especially if you have a group. We've only traveled as a group of 3, but their vans hold about 6 and the price is per van. The service is top notch. The communication is good, the sign they hold outside the airport is clear and easy to spot, drivers are friendly, professional, and very safe. The vehicles are clean. If you're staying at a resort, hire from here instead of the resort so you don't have to listen to a sales pitch! 100% recommend above all others!

They were very accommodating being there was a mix up with the reservations. I recommend booking directly through their website you get real-time reservations and reasonable prices. We reserved them using a discounted application for pick up from the airport to Tulum & return however the reservations were only for return from hotel to airport & highly priced. Etransfer accommodated my voucher to get us to the hotel which was a great relief. I booked them for my return which went well.

I booked a return trip from Cancun airport to a hotel in the a Cancún area which was only 10min away from the airport so it should have been a quick ride. However, when I arrived at Cancun airport there was no Etransfers there so I had to contact them via WhatsApp. A rep tienes up to find me minutes later but I was then told that they don’t have enough cars and that I have to wait. After an 11h long haul flight that’s the last thing you want to hear. 45min later I was still waiting. I kept contacting them via WhatsApp as the airport rep was running around trying to accommodate all the unhappy clients. I’m the end they got me to the hotel as I kept pushing but it wasn’t the private transfer I’d booked and paid for. It ended up being shared with another family who had also been waiting forever and who in fact had arrived before me. So they got dropped off first and then me. Once the driver arrived he was very nice and professional but the almost 1h wait at the airport upon arrival was outrageous. I suggested they offer me a discount for the long wait but I was told this wasn’t possible. On my way back to the airport the driver was punctual and very nice and friendly. Perhaps I got unlucky or maybe Etransfers are better when picking up from hotels to take people to the airport rather than the other way around. I’d used them in the past and was happy but this time they really failed with the airport pickup and based on that o doubt I’d use them again. Nobody bothered to apologise and I was told by the rep when I said this shouldn’t be happening that it’s simply the way it is here. With so much competition on Cancun and the very inflated prices charged they should at the very least be professional and turn up on time!

We recently spent a week in Cancun, it was the first trip I'd booked where ground transportation was not included. I did a search and read some reviews and booked with eTransfers, who went above and beyond for us. Our flight into Mexico was late, I was concerned but didn't need to be as eTransfers was there. Our drive was professional and courteous and after leaving a cell phone in the vehicle as it drove away on a Sunday at 5 pm, eTransfers saved the day. We worked between online chat and the WhatsApp they recommend and we had the phone returned to our hotel including the IDs, cash and credit card that were with it. Well Done eTransfers, we will book again!

Our transfer from Cancún to Akumal was seamless. The driver arrived at our hotel early, was very patient and he also accommodated a grocery store stop (for an extra fee) so we could buy groceries before heading to our condo. It was great and we really appreciated the professionalism of this company and the driver. He was super careful while driving and we felt safe the whole time.

Great transportation company! I booked the night before needing a ride from Tulum to Cancun airport. Within seconds of booking I received a text letting me know what time the shuttle would be there. That time was too early so I asked if they could come one hour later and without hesitation the later time was confirmed. Our driver was even at our hotel 20 mins early! He was very friendly, funny, and made sure we were comfortable. I will definitely use them again!

It was an excellent experience. Upon arrival at the airport, there was literally no wait for our vehicle. We paid a bit extra for the upgraded service, the Coronas helped make it well worth the added price.
Our driver was right on time to pick us up at the hotel. The drivers were courteous and the vehicles were clean.

Fabulous service with only one downside, there is no free WiFi outside the airport in order to access whatapp messages and the email confirmation was not sent in time for me to print it off before our flight. Also you need international calling included in your phone package in order to call them if there is any problems. This could all of been easily sorted out if the email was sent out in time to print off/download before travelling and far less stressful.

Booked a round trip from CUN to playa del Carmen and upgraded for a suv. Great communication and as long as you follow the directions they email/text you the transfer should be a breeze. Like they say, lots of people will try to offer their services, all you have to do is say no and call them/what’s up them to where to meet with them. We were greeted by one of the employees and she took us to our transport vehicle. The driver was very well spoken and took care of us. They all had face masks at all times, the Tahoe was spotless clean and they gave us welcome bags with face masks and sanitizer spray bottles. Offered us water, etc, even stopped at a convenient store to buy tequila before we went to hotel. The drive was great and he helped us with luggage. They sent a reminder for the pick up time and showed up a few minutes prior the agreed time. Very happy. Will use their services again. Thanks
