Take a taxi, it’s cheaper and much faster. Had to wait 20-25 minutes for transport. Taxis are readily available. Also they try to talk you into a timeshare while you’re waiting.

Being able to book the ride online added to our piece of mind for the trip. The drivers were on time, and the communication from eTransfers (via TripAdivisor and then WhatsApp) was excellent and helped provide any clarifications and all updates for each pickup!

Despite waiting more that one hour for my luggage before getting out of the airport, there were no challenges with eTransfers. Both the host and the driver were chatty and friendly. Well priced, easy service.

Showed up on time and got us to the airport safe and sound. The driver brought water and other drinks incase we wanted anything. I'd hire them again

The long wait can be understood because of the heavy traffic delaying. What made in unacceptable was trying to fool us into charing a taxi to the hotel with another couple after having reserved a private car. Will update on return try to the airport if they somehow make it up.

Easy to use website and online payment. Great communication on pickup location with pictures since we had never been there before. Friendly and helpful driver. Felt safe while driving--didn't text and drive and lots of room.

Thank you to eTransfers for getting us to and from our destination safely and on time. We had a private transfer and was extremely pleased with the space and accommodation of our drivers. Both Victor & believe our first driver was Juan.
