Communication was excellence, response time is less than 5 minutes via WhatsApp. Also, their flexibility to change date or time was phantastic.
I would recommend any beginner a 1 2 1 lesson, money is well spent.

This company was recommended to me by another local sport company I tried this week. Some context: I’ve only surfed once before and that was 10 years ago. I’ve now gone twice with Jeff and have plans for a third morning and so far I’ve been 1:1 with my instructor just for lack of traffic.

It’s been a great experience! Jeffrey is great at teaching, encouraging and affirming but also pushing me- which is what I want. Today I probably tried to advance my skills too quickly (trying to paddle into the waves by myself but got too tuckered) so he gently scaled us back and got me back into the waves. (And keeps me loaded down with bottled water for my very heat-unaccustomed northern bum).

I can’t compare the cost to other surf experiences/companies but it appears the going rate for most surf schools here.

Best way to introduce your friends to surfing

This was the perfect way to introduce 3 of my friends to surfing! We were setup with 2 instructors that took half of the group out to surf at a time. Everyone caught their first waves and our instructors were patient, encouraging, and passionate.

I cannot say enough great things about 360 Surf School. From the moment you check in you are greeted with smiling faces that are excited you are there to learn surfing. Then you head to the beach and get the most phenomenal surf lesson of your life. You have one guy taking you out to the waves where you meet another instructor helping you catch the most perfect wave. Then When you do catch a wave, and you will catch a wave with these guys, all you hear is cheering, loud excitement and cheering. You get high fives all around as if you just surfed 100 foot waves! And then You get to do it all over again. The amount time you get is perfect. Enough to learn how to surf, learn the fundamentals and techniques to eventually try it by yourself. I highly recommend 360 surf school to anyone, any age looking to surf. As a family of 5 with me, my wife and 3 kids ranging from 6, 10 and 12 it was truly perfect. They catered to each individual and gave each one of us what we needed. All of my kids did amazing and caught several waves. They had so much fun that they didn’t want to stop. Again, my highest regard for these guys and this surf school. Would recommend to anyone!

Best experience ever (and super safe too;)!

Our sons (11 y.o. and 14) took the private lessons provided by the outstanding 360 Surf School team—they could not have been happier! The instruction and overall experience were excellent from start to finish. At the surfboard shop, my boys were provided with pre-surfing instructions, and made ready. Not only was 360 Surf School concerned with preparing my boys to surf in the water, but also concerned about their overall level of comfort —providing sunscreen to rash guards (if we had forgotten), waters and everything in-between. After a two minute walk to the beach, the instructors started my boys on the sand with clear directions, and a good warm-up. When they got in the water, my boys were ready to surf and were surfing within minutes. Most importantly, as a mom, safety was my #1 goal—with 360 Surf School, safety was also their top priority; each boy had an instructor who stayed by his side the entire time, teaching him, according to his individual ability level, in a safe and sustainable manner. By the time we left, our boys were confident and ready to continue practicing their surfing skills for the rest of our holiday. If you and/or your children would like to learn how to surf in a safe and fun manner, 360 Surf School is the place to do it and Cancun is the best location! The time spent at 360 Surf School is a gift my children will enjoy for a lifetime! Thank you 360 Surf School!

Worth waking up early for

This tour was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Todd was our guide along with his assistant Ozzy and both were friendly and extremely helpful. My boyfriend and I have never tried SUPing before && we were nervous because we weren’t sure if we were capable of doing it especially on a tour but Todd was very explanatory and helpful that we were up on our boards and SUPing in no time. We still can’t believe it. We saw a wide variety of wildlife and Todd was sure to point out everything. They even surprised us by giving us water and a healthy snack during our tour. I definitely recommend doing the sunrise tour because the weather is beautiful & you can see many animals before the boats come and scare them away.

There is a reason 360 Surf School in Cancun has so many excellent ratings-they are incredible!!!!! What the pandemic has taught me is to not sit on the sidelines and to take risks. My 19 year old daughter wanted to try surfing and I pushed my self out of my comfort zone and decided to try it too (age 53). She took to it naturally and was successful from the get go. She got to take it to the next level. My shaky nerves proved to be more difficult but Todd and his team were soooo patient and encouraging. They helped settle my nerves, never rushed me, gave excellent advice and after many attempts, I was finally able to do it!!!!! If you ever thought "Hey-I'd like to try surfing" I highly recommend this place. The price is extremely reasonable for all the personal attention you get. My only regret is that we did this on our last day before going home. I want to try some of the other activities they have. Will definitely be back next time we are in Cancun!!!

Love the Sunrise Kayak Tour

We highly this company. We did the sunrise paddle tour in a 2 person kayak using the GoCity pass. David, the owner, was very responsive, communicated with us from start to finish.

Everything was as promised and more. We caught a beautiful sunrise, had the lagoon to ourselves. We ended having a private tour as we we were the only participants that day. Izzy was an amazing guide. They even texted us pictures they had taken of us for free, unlike other tours that charge you a fortune for pics.

If you have a chance definitely do a tour with company you won’t regret it!!! Thanks again David!!!

Amazing Instruction for Beginners

We did private surfing lessons and it was the absolute highlight of our trip. I’ve never surfed in my life, but I showed up and caught like 90% of the waves!! Their system to teach you, assist you in the water by finding your waves and telling you when to get up, and bringing your board back into the ocean each time was so well thought out. This was extremely fun and I highly recommend, especially for beginners. Loved it!

My first time on a surfboard

I always wanted to try surfing and as I saw all those good reviews and I had some days off here in Cancun I decided to give it a try. I‘m just doing Yoga and some Fitness, no skateboarding, skiing etc so I thought it would be difficult for me. I was really excited and also a little nervous. Team was so helpful, professional and friendly. I booked a non-private lesson but as nobody else showed up I had a private lesson with two teachers for the same price! I got a good introduction at the beach and approx 30 mins after we entered the water I managed to stand on the board, riding my first wave!!! I couldn’t believe it. Weather, beach and conditions were 100 percent perfect, after 90 mins I was totally exhausted but the team gave me so much motivation, I could not stop until I could hardly get on the board anymore. Totally happy and smiling I finally got out of the water- and I‘m sure I‘ll keep that smile until I come back for my next lesson at 360! Thank you so much guys!!
The burritos next to the surf school are great as well and you’ll definitely need one afterwards.
