Take taxes when u want to get your profit back. Bad food. Working very slow when you want your chips to play taking a lot of wasted time. I even earned in that casino but it still reallt bad one.

After visiting other local casinos I visited Dubai Palace since it was very recommended by hotel. The casino gave a Vegas like experience and there was a wide variety of live games and machines!

We heard this was the best casino in Cancun, so we visited this one over the Oasis which was closer to the Westin Hotel. The cab ride was $250 pesos. May have paid a bit much. The ride was great to see the other hotels...More

Nice casino that’s smoke free. For those who smoke there are small glass gambling areas in the back that are designated for smokers. The casino and bathrooms are clean. Getting there If you are staying near the La Isla mall area, it’s about a 20+...More

At first the vetting in the slot machines were quite confusing.. credits-pesos-dollars. But after the 2nd visit we figured out that a $.05 line bet was 1 peso and 5 credits = 1 peso. Ex. 500 pesos gives you 503 credits which is equivalent to...More

I am not familiar with Occidental. If you call your hotel and ask for an english speaking person (if you need that), the concierge can tell the rough distance and how much a taxi will cost (roughly).

I honestly don’t remember. I was playing blackjack the whole night. I know they have poker and a lot of slot machines. Keep in mind, it’s a cash only facility and they only accept pesos. They don’t accept USD.
