About Dolphinaris Cancun
Worlds' best dolphinariums !Dolphinaris . . . A place for you. A place for them. If you’re looking for the best place to swim with dolphins in Cancun this is the right place for you!At Dolphinaris, we provide people of all ages the opportunity to make their dreams come true. We see the evidence of this every day as we watch the faces of our guests when they meet one of our dolphins for the very first time.Located next to, but not part of the water park Wet ´n Wild and easy to get to with public transportation Dolphinaris is the best attraction for swimming with dolphins in Cancun! * We are a multimillion-dollar investment and the most advanced dolphinariums in Mexico, only in some places in the U.S.A. have the same technology we have, providing you the best quality in all aspects unlike other dolphinariums that only use a simple fishing net at the sea beach, where in addition to swimming with dolphins, you swim with algae, waves, ocean currents, ship oil and gas, you also swims with the dolphins waste, exposing you to severe skin or vital organs infections. Avoid all that... next time choose dolphinaris!

We went to Dolphin Discovery the first time we swam with Dolphins and the pool and facility was immaculate and crystal clean AND the dolphins all looked well taken care of....This is not what we saw at Dolphinaris. The entire perimeter of the dolphin pool was dirty with algae floating in the water (I actually thought about not getting In) and the dolphin we swam with had what looked like a sore on her nose... We will not swim with Dolphins again in the future if this is the facility the hotel uses.

Was due to go to Cancun in November and booked to swim with dolphins the holiday has since been cancelled tried on several occasions to contact dolphinaris by email finally today spoke to someone remotely who said the banks are refusing to give a refund and you have to have an open ticket? Yet hen I booked the tickets was told any issues a refund would be given anyone else had a similar issue?

We had a great experience swimming with dolphins at Dolphinaris! We had a lot of time to spend with the dolphins and we actually got to swim with them instead of just touching them. The staff was friendly and kind and the facility is great!

This proved to be an excellent afternoon. Great time in the water with the dolphins. Very educational as well as fun. The US$200+ price of the photo package was not a good value (very over-priced!).

After a few years, I'm still angry and disappointed at this place. At the time, it cost us $150 per person for entry. Lockers cost money so that was additional money spent. The interaction was pure crap. I can't even express how angry I was. This place spent 70% of the time talking and adjusting a life jacket and since you're in a group with probably 11-12 other people, your interaction with dolphins is literally 2-3 mins at most. They had a baby dolphin swimming in the same pool yet told us not to touch it otherwise the parent would attack. Why would you keep the baby around customers?! In addition to that, you're not allowed to take your own photos or films. The waiting area above is made purposely to block out other people so they can't get any pictures of your interaction at the pool. The photographer was awful and just randomly took shots and called it a day and the business charged $45 a pic or $300+ for a package of medium quality JPGs. Videos cost extra which were all put hastily onto a disc. Yes, when I went, the videos were transferred to a disc. Lastly, as time passed, I realize how sad and inhumane this place is as the dolphins just follows orders but don't look very happy. Plus, the pools are pretty small. Also, you're not allowed to wear sunscreen (because the staff said it gets in the water and harms the dolphins) so if you're like me and need sun protection at all times, skip this excursion. It doesn't help that there wasn't much shade in this place either while you're listening to 30 minute lectures in the burning heat. Anyone here giving this place more than a 3-star review must've had money to blow or just don't care because their kids loved the activity.
