Okay, I have always admired dolphins. They are an amazing species. My wife feels the sames way, so for her birthday I booked us to see these creatures up close and personal. We did the more expensive package and got lucky. We were the only...More

While at the Hyatt Ziva, we watched the dolphin area throughout our 7 day stay. The dolphins are treated respectfully and the facility is very clean. We participated in the swim, the foot push and the fin ride and we purchased the photos. This experience...More

The attitude of staffs was horrible first of all, especially after they take your money, their attitude just got worse. Then dolphins are keeping in very small pools, been fed with small fish. And basically you just touch the dolphin three times, and there were...More

I am not sure if you can or not. I had many questions before I made a reservation and they helped me with everything. I'm sure they can assist you also. Good luck, it is a real blast.

Hey, Can someone please help me with a few things? Is it better to book the trainer for a day or the swim and ride package? Based on value for money? Also do you have to book transport or is it all included? Is it better to book direct through the website or through a company? And lastly how easy was the whole experience? Thanks!

I did "trainer for the day" which was organised through the travel company. Transport was provided and nothing was cheap especially the photos they try and sell you. It was easy enough to do except that you are not allowed sun cream and Mrs Ashtonian got sunstroke because you are unprotected in the mid day sun. Many will try to persuade you not to go on the grounds of cruelty etc. It is only after reading these arguments on TA that I realised how far a dolphin swims in a day and when you...More
