Just got back from a full day of Whale Watching and Contoy Island National park and I have to say the 4 Worlds knocked it out of the park ! We were promptly picked up at 7 by Carlos and Tonathiu our guide. We reached the port, boarded our large, well maintained speed boat ( 2 300 Hp Yamahas ) and we quickly got to the whale sharks....we entered the water 2 at a time with Tonathiu and enjoyed this wonderful spectacle ! Watching these majestic whale sharks and the gigantic manta rays glide through the ocean was a fine sight and reminded us of how we are just a small part of this world ! We were also glad to see that the Wildlife police came to verify that the proper protocols were being followed to protect the sharks and manta rays. Then we were off to visit Contoy Island, which is a protected natural island with tons of wildlife and beautiful beaches....wow what colors and again glad to see that access is very limited....but 4 Worlds got us in ! All in all a great tour with a great company !! Thank you !!!

Our Private tour departed from Belmond Maroma Beach, promptly at 7Am. We had a driver (Tony) and guide (Luis). The car was a nice, clean and smooth SUV. Trip from Maroma Beach to Chichen-Itza too 2 and 1/2 hrs but Luis chatting with us made the trip seem shorter. If you would like a shorter trip, you could do TULUM by the water that's only 1hr or so away. Once we arrived, Luis went to get tix, (super fast) while Tony guided us to the bathrooms. We applied tons of SPF and off we went. Luis was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience very pleasant. Around 11Am or so, we left for Valladolid where we had lunch. We were back at hotel, with no issues, just in time to enjoy a nice afternoon at the beach.

We booked via the Belmond and used 4 Worlds for airport transfer and for a private after hours tour of the Tulum ruins. We had Miguel for our airport transfers -- on time and smooth pickups and arrivals. For our Tulum ruins tour, Axl (guide) and Carlos (driver) were wonderful and fun. Axl was very informative about the Mayan ruins and we had a great time, including a quick spur trip to the town of Tulum. All in, the company and Miguel, Axl and Carlos were great.

We consisted of two families with adult teens. One day we visited Cenote Caves and the next we did Tulum. This tour group is professional, polite and knowledgeable. On Saturday we had Renee and Mauro, Renee made for an enjoyable Cave dive. On Sunday we had the privilege of having M&M, Mario and Mauro. Mario was an excellent tour guide at the Mayan ruins in Tulum. His passion for history captivated us all and made our time in Tulum an awesome experience. You should request Mario for your tour! Mauro was an excellent driver.

Just spent the last evening with Luis from 4 Worlds Expeditions. He and our driver Jorge were very polite and knowledgeable on the way there from our hotel Rosewood Mayakoba. Once there Luis took us on a bespoke tour of the ancient city and gave us a history and culture lesson. He spoke Mayan to the people there. Afterward he arranged a nice spot for us to enjoy dinner, Ziggy’s, on the sand with the ocean steps away. It was a perfect end to our trip.
