Great excursion

This turned out to be a great excursion. First I loved that the group was very small - 3 boats plus the guide. Then we each received a new, plastic wrapped snorkel... I could... read more

The tour was great started a little late. Went and did our shallow dive and the instructor was great at everything. The 2 deeper dives at the reef and under water museum were very nice, lots of fish, some lobsters, an eel and a turtle. The only problem I have with this place is the management does not allow any... This turned out to be a great excursion. First I loved that the group was very small - 3 boats plus the guide. Then we each received a new, plastic wrapped snorkel... I could focus on snorkeling versus wondering how many mouths the snorkel had been in. They should have provided the downsides of lagging too far behind. I was... More

We did this trip around midday, went down to the marina, paid our money directly and got a good deal. We were in a group with just one more couple, so just four people in 2 boats. We got our life vests, snorkel gear and had a safety/instruction brief before setting off in 3 speed boats. Going through the marina... More

Excellent place to scuba dive. Most places will give you only 2 tanks with these guys u get 3 tanks and nobody rushes you. Valentine is a nice guide. Beautiful underwater scenes. Corals reefs, fish, statues, you name it. Would definitely come back.

An out of the ordinary tour is the speed boat you drive yourself tour out to snorkel. Fish come up to you. Nice coral reefs and even a surprise statue or two. The guides help you with everything including equipment, getting into the water and will take a nice picture as you zoom off. Look for the huge blue herring,... More

The tour is a speed boat ride through the lagoon (not jungle), which is nice. It was easy and fun to drive the boat (remember biodegradable sunoil). We tried to get in the tour two days in a row, but couldn't because of the weather (rainy and windy). We were happy that they were closed because I don't expect it... More

At plaza Caracol at the office of tickets and tours we were sold a three hour jungle tour to go snorkelling and on jet skis . The salesperson guided us to bus stop and we trusted him . Once in punta del este , they did not honour what we purchased and even informed us that they have no jet... More

We did this as a spur of the moment thing. The day we chose to do this we were the only ones booked so it meant our own personal guided tour. We did the jetboat out to the reef which was so much fun and had our own personal snorkelling guide. We Saw a lot of fish, starfish, swordfish, lobsters... More

Chose to do jungle tour instead of snorkeling. Mind you there is no Jungle but we enjoyed our hour and half speed boat ride through the harbor. Unfortunately our guide Luis was not friendly at all. It seemed like he did not want to be there and was annoyed to have to be our guide.

Chose to take a "jungle tour" more for the speed boat experience than the snorkeling. We enjoyed driving our own boat for an hour and a half but our guide Luis was unfriendly which took away from our experience. It seemed that he did not really want to be there or maybe just doesn't like people. Either way, we would... More
