I booked round trip transfer via Expedia, the vendor for the booking was My Transfers Directions from my booking detailed the company rep would have a sign with my name displayed as to identify our driver. This never happened, My Transfers rep never displayed my name. So we walked the corridor unnessarily looking for a sign with my name We were finally helped by another rep from a totally different company who directed us to the My Transfers rep. After the My Transfers rep confirmed our 2pm booking on Nov
11th we were told our driver was enroute to transfer us to our resort. Fast Forward 30-45 min later we were told the wait would be 10 more minutes. After waiting for more than 2hours I called Expedia to cancel, request a FULL Refund and express my experience with the unreliable service that their vendor My Transfers provided. At this point it was outside of Expedia's cancellation duration. While on the phone with Expedia, they tried calling My Transfers to no avail. Finally after more than 2 hours we were escorted to a small compact car...note I booked a private round trip MINI VAN transfer. Later during my vacation, Expedia's follow up with me detailed that their attempts to contact this company was unsuccessful. For the return transfer back to the airport from the resort I booked a transfer through the resort. I had no confidence that My Transfers would deliver service in a timely manner. We could not take the risk of missing our flight because of the unreliability of My Transfers.

Awful company, do not book. There was no driver waiting at the airport to meet and greet, like I was expecting. I tried to call, no answer. Finally enquired with the Cabsi desk (as per instruction in confirmation email) only to be told that the driver wasn’t here yet and they would call him. I was then told that the driver was “on his way” for the next hour! It would have been easier getting a normal taxi but as a lone, female traveller I wanted a reputable transfer. When the driver arrived, it was in a small shuttle bus with other passengers, who confirmed that they had also been waiting a long while at another terminal.
Awful service and will never use again.

We booked airport pick up through Priority Pass transfer service and local company suppose to provide the service was My transfer. When we arrived no one was there to meet us and multiple calls to driver and office remained unanswered. Finally reached someone at the main office and they were not able to contact the driver. We ended up taking overpriced taxi after waiting an hour. Driver never showed up. Now it’s taking 20 business days to even dispute prepaid transfer amount. Unreliable company. Do not recommend booking with them.

CarTrawler presents themselves as a legit company with normal business practices. But they are not. They do not disclose that once you are within 48 hours of your trip they will not adjust or make any changes to your schedule. ON EITHER END. They have zero customer service and cannot be contacted. Their website literally does not allow you to login and contact them. They are a scam, and you will almost 100% end up having to pay a second time to get a transfer. I would highly recommend not booking with them.

We booked a round trip transfer but were never picked up from our accommodation to be returned to the airport. We were waiting before the pick up time, called customer service twice and waited for 40 minutes, only to eventually be told the driver was there and left. We asked every driver that pulled up if they were our ride. We suspected one driver was, although he told both myself and my spouse, “no.” Do not use this service. Take another service one way to your accommodation and then book an Uber for your return trip to the airport. This service does not work in Cancun and will leave you stranded while still charging you. AVOID!

Our flight was delayed 1 hour.
When reserving flight numbers they were given to monitor flights for arrival - clearly they don't! This company does not monitor your flight, we had to wait 30 minutes for another transport to arrive.
I requested a baby carrier for my child and they did not have it.
Hire private service only for the family and employees went up to take them.
The driver seemed like he didn't even know the city.
No alternative is offered.
Rude staff who don't care about customers.
I have canceled all my other transfers with them and will use a more reputable company.
I suggest you do not use this company.

I booked a transfer from Cancun Airport to my Airbnb. My plane was two and a half hours late as this company should have known because they requested my flight number upon booking which I assume they should track. I contacted the numbers they provided to advise of the delay but no answer. They basically just took my money and that’s it. I had to make alternate arrangements to get to my destination. In this business, it’s not uncommon for there to be flight delays but instead of taking care of their customers and adapting to their flight times, they abandon them and keep their money. Never again! Look elsewhere.

we arrived at Cancun airport at 19:20. Our plane was delayed on the tarmac because of parking issues. We exited the airport at 21:00 but the driver had already left. We saw the signs with our names laying on the ground. There was nobody to contact and all phone number were not picked up. 2 other couples on the same place with the same destination had the same problems with your drivers. Beause of this we all had to get a new transfer to our hotel. We are very disappointed by your service.

Transfer Airport - Ferry Ultramar
We waited 2.5 hours for the transfer and were verbally and aggressively insulted after always asking friendly questions. Finally we were put in a taxi (which we didn't want - that's why we booked a transfer) - when we asked how the Ferry Tix could be changed, we continued to be insulted aggressively. Definitely not recommended!

Our flight was delayed by 2 hours. This company do not monitor your flight and just left us stranded. When phoning the rude staff just said you are an’no show’ and the driver is on another job. No alternative offered. When booking flight numbers were given for them to monitor the flights for arrival, clearly not!!! Rude staff who do not care about customers. I’ve cancelled all my other transfers with them and will use a more reputable company. I’d suggest you do not use this company
