We spent a week at Tres Ríos - my husband and I and teenaged daughter. The whole place was great, but the staff was what made our trip really fantastic. Eduardo - “Eddy” was especially wonderful . He took us out for a sail twice...More
This is our third time at this resort with our brother and sister-in-law who are owners. And one of the best things when we arrive is being greeted by our extended family, Raphael. His smile and easy demeanor makes us feel like family. Can't wait...More
We have now been coming for Four years and every year have had a wonderful time. This year we found the service staff to be even more amazing than before. Although we also had some unfortunate moments. We were definitely put out that they changed...More
Enjoyed our third trip once again. Again the acrobatic show was amazing, but just a little more amazing than other times. The performers, from several countries in South America, were astounding!! Particularly the balancing act by a young Mexican fellow!!! The talent in this world...More
Always lots to do it you want, or just lay by the pools (take your pick of three) with a good book and bevy. The resort is quiet and laid back. All aspects of the resort are scrupulously clean. Our room maid, Nora Elia, was...More

We had wonderful people who took care of us during our stay. Jamie and Bernardo were two of our regular servers and were always attentive and gave us great local suggestions and recommendations.
We had a lot of fun during the evening events, especially the...More

My friend and I will be arriving in Cancun April 26. We have a whole bunch of questions and hoping that you guys can help us. 1) Can we get hotel transfers once we arrive in Cancun? How much do they charge? 2) How do we book a tour to Chichen Itza once we arrive in Cancun? 3) How would we get to Isla Mujeres from Park Royal? 4) How do we book a trip to Tres Rios Ecopark once we arrive in Cancun? How much would it cost for the tour?

Forgot to mention. You can use shared transportation, at around $9 per leg, or $16 round trip. The prices are not confirmed, but is what some have reported on other posts. Manny CancunWithMe

Any CURRENT information on Tres Rios Ecopark? (2 Replies)
I am researching things to do CLOSE to Cancun while we are in Cancun later this month (TIRED of getting on a van/bun and driving 2+ hours each way). This park sounded like a great thing - but there are no recent reviews. Can anyone help? Thanks.

The Tres Rios park is now part of the grounds of Hacienda Tres Rios Resort and is for exclusive use of guests. There are several other new parks and activites in the area though.
