to hotel - 5 minute walk. nothing special - worth an hour to pick up local gifts/souvenirs at very good prices - but remember to haggle with the store owners - the price will drop. Fiesta Mexican is best value for money and selection

Even though there are many stores closed in the mall you can still find shops selling souvenir items at reasonable prices. Also, browse at Sol y Luna silver shop. They have beautiful pieces of silver jewelry! It has been my silver store of choice for...More

Empty shop after empty shop. Some open selling cheap souvenirs but really not worth visiting anymore.

We stopped in here after grabbing some Starbucks thinking it had “department stores” as it advertised...place looks abandoned and the few stores that are inside are selling all the same trinkets and junk you can buy every 10ft outside. This place should just close.

If you're looking for silver jewelry Sol y Luna in Plaza Caracol is the place to go! A nice assortment of jewelry at fair prices. The sales staff is friendly and helpful. I have been shopping here for the past 20 years!

Very quiet mall but good prices. However, be careful you get everything you paid for as some things were missing and we had to go back the morning of our flight to get the items that they didn't pack. Bad memory leaving Cancun.
