Out trip to Tulum would have been terrible without Miguel! We stayed in the Tulum jungle and hired Miguel as a private driver for our 3 day Tulum trip. He was so professional and early to pick us up for every event. He was also available for every unplanned plan that arose. We were constantly in and out of the beach town and Miguel made it a breeze. He made great recommendations and even stopped at the store to get snacks for us while we were at dinner so we didn’t waste any time! Car was clean and cozy. I could not recommend Miguel and this company more!!!! Thank you Miguel!!

We were very happy with Jeromi Transfers. Our flight to Cancun was canceled 2 times and I simply called him and used whatsapp and he was so very polite and assured us he would be there to pick us up no matter when we finally arrived. He told me please do not worry. He was waiting for us. Took us all the way to Akumal and dropped us at our door. We are scheduled for him to take us back to airport in a few days. I am sure he will be just as great.

We had very good service with jeromi transfers. Thanks to Miguel he ensured there was a transport waiting for us when we needed one, very fluent in English and deliver excellent personalized service

I had to organize diving trip around Riviera Maya for group of twelve divers and lot of baggages. I must to say that all of us have only good words for Senor Miguel and his Jeromi transfer team. They are so professional, always on time and ready to help. We was take Jeromi transfers from Cancun airport to the house in downtown. After few days we are also enyoj this transfer for trip from Cancun to Playa Del Carmen and Cozumel. After few days we finished with diving at Cozumel and we are again arrange transfer from PDC to Tulum from where we are also go to half day trip to Chichen Itza. At the end of our two weeks traveling around Riviera Maya we were again contacting Miguel for our last leg of trip from Tulum to the Cancun airport.
Because we travel a lot around the world with our group of divers I must confirm that Miguel and Jeromi transfer was one of the best and really reliable option for transfer around Riviera Maya. Of course besides professionalism, excellence, helpful stuff and good vehicles I must to note that transfer prices are very reasonable.
I have also recommend Miguel and Jeromi transfer to all of my friends who are going to visit Riviera Maya and all of them have only really good words and excellent experiance.

We were in Italy on holiday and had hired a car with Surprice. They are the worst car hire company I. The face of the earth. They were supposed to pick k us up at the
airport to take us to the hire car office - nobody turned up! We had to pay for a taxi to take us there, where we met other people in the same boat. One couple paid 40 euros. Did we get our money back, no we did not!
On our return from holiday we took the car back and we were driven to the airport by an aggressive and rude driver who dropped us half a mile from the airport.
Do not go anywhere near this company!!!

Waited ages for food, never asked how it was, mash was like smash powdered mash, challenged by staff when I said to remove the 10% surcharge automatically added to bill by staff even though on menu it states that it only supposedly gets added to groups of five and above. Also other peoples orders were on our bill.

The Sphere is unlike any other show/experience you will ever see. I had 3 girls in front of us at the Eagles concert and I joked with them about not standing up during the show. I have a bad back. They said they would probably stand most of the night. The show was so amazing that the girls only stood up to clap at the end of the 2 1/2 concert. You will not not regret it no matter the cost.
