I did paddle boarding with fabian today, absolutely no word to describe the experience and joys that I got from this tour with him. So great, just perfect, I did at 7 am, perfect time and weather was so good, he showed me lots of birds and fishes during paddling, and he was so knowledgeable about his job. Great experience and one of the best thing I did in my life. Will do it again next time 💯 %, thank you so much 360. 10 ⭐️

We were a party of 2 doing the 9am non-private tour on a weekday. We had a tremendous experience on our tour, and it is unlike others we did in Cancun. I will try to include information in my review that we’d would’ve loved to have.*
The tour was easy to book (but expect to make a reservation deposit which will be refunded when you arrive), and David is super responsive/helpful. I loved that he checked in with us before and after the tour, and he seemed to care about ensuring we had a good experience. We didn’t see him at any point but communicated through whatsapp and calling. Unlike the 7am tour, we didn’t need to arrive so early before the “departure time.” It most likely would’ve been ok to arrive just before 9am.* We arrived at 8:30am to SCUBA Cancun, and it wasn’t clear who was with 360 SUP tours until we got going. Expect to rely on David for communication while at SCUBA Cancun.* We were scheduled with Todd, but evidently something happened, and we waited a bit before starting the tour. Fabian was there while we waited though, and he introduced himself and assumed Todd’s position as our guide. It was a little hard communicating with him sometimes bc of our language barrier, but that’s part and parcel of Cancun. Despite this, he was such a great guide and a cool guy that we couldn’t have asked for someone better. He graciously gave us his bug repellent to use (which isn’t included in the tour according to the details we got). We put our stuff in a locked bin. And we set out at about 9:30am and followed his lead. It was just us and Fabian. He pointed out wildlife (sting rays, birds, starfish, barracudas, needlefish, spider crabs, etc) and vegetation (the different mangroves and corals), and he taught us some spanish to identify some of them. He cautioned us, explained what’s ahead, and let us enjoy the sights in silence whenever was appropriate. He led us through mangroves, which was a unique experience—there were sooo many mosquitoes, though, so bug spray is very very useful.* You will get swarmed by mosquitoes.* During the tour, we also stopped, and he gave us free water, a snack bar, and took photos of us.* We ended our tour at around 12pm, so it was a little extended! And we were particularly satisfied to learn that Fabian was born and raised in Cancun, planted mangroves to develop more channels in the lagoon, and cleans the channels out of his love for his home. Although because of the language barrier we didn’t learn as much about the ecosystem as I think Todd would’ve communicated, I was very glad to have been led by someone like Fabian through the tour!

We booked a 7am SUP tour and had the best time with Fabian! Booking was very easy and David had clear instructions and great communication prior to the tour. They have multiple checks to make sure the weather will be good for the tour which I really appreciate in case we needed to cancel or reschedule.
Thankfully, the weather was good and Fabian was an excellent tour guide as we paddled through the mangroves. He also brought us water for when we took a little break inside the mangroves. It was beautiful! Fabian also gave us some fun facts and history about Cancun, the mangroves, and the wildlife. It was a really great experience and an awesome way to start the morning! Fabian even took some incredible pictures of us while paddleboarding!!!
Overall, we had an amazing time! Fabian is a professional surfer and also does surf lessons with David. We will probably check that out the next time we’re in Cancun.

Waking up early was definitely worth it. Sunrise was beautiful, kayaking through mangrove was relaxing and peaceful. Our tour guide Ozzy was very knowledgeable and we felt he enjoyed giving us the tour and all the information we asked for. David made it very easy to make a reservation and it was very easy to communicate with them. You will not regret booking, it is a short tour full of beauty that will only add to you Cancun vacation. Not to worry the party area and beach will be there after you enjoy the mangroves an nature.

A unique experience in the heart of Cancun landscapes and a dream mangrove experience that makes you forget that you are in the middle of a city is the best you can do, I highly recommend it.!!

We booked a last minute kayak tour with 360 and it was awesome. There was another company tour for 3 hours which I knew would be too long for us although the price was cheaper. I’m glad we went with the 2 hour because it was a good work out! David was very easy to communicate via WhatsApp and kept us informed of meeting place and time. We had 2 adults and 1 child so we took a double kayak and our son went on another kayak with Alberto. We also had the option of SUP. Going through the mangroves was so cool! We were worried about mosquitoes but we didn’t get any bites although we did do a quick spray on our legs before going. Todd led us on a SUP and he was very knowledgeable about the wildlife there. We saw stingrays, starfish, lots of fish and birds. We stopped briefly for a water break and snack which they provided. Make sure to bring a hat and lots of sunscreen. Todd even took some pics for us and airdropped them for free. Overall it was a great trip and we would highly recommend it.

David is very responsive via WhatsApp, Fabien very friendly and protective guide. The coolest thing about Fabien’s abilities is his skill to take pics & videos of us exploring the mangroves while on his SUP.
Confusion re: location, Google Maps is wrong, note that meet is at SUP360 off the lagoon, south of Kukuclan Blvd.

Woke up early on our last day in Cancun to watch the sunrise and kayak around the mangroves. We were lucky enough to see a pair of tiger herons, stone crabs and a lot of interesting looking fish. Our tour guide was Ozzy, he was very knowledgeable about the area and wildlife! We loved everything about this tour! 10/10 would recommend!!! David helped us with the booking process and he made it easy to understand and book!

From arranging date & time to shoving-off, 360 SUP Tours could not have been easier to get on board. Our tour guide inquired about our skills and desired experiences. Though it was windy, we were able to navigate thru the mangroves and spy several types of wildlife like eagles, starfish, and pelicans to name a few. Ours was a slow lazy-paces Sunday mid-day tour. The only other boats/peoples we saw were in the two main channels and lagoon. This was my third time on a 360 SUP Tour and it’s always one of my highlights when vacationing in Cancún. I highly recommend it!

Best experience we had this week in Cancun. We found out about this excursion on Saturday, with the end of our trip on Monday. I made the call to see if we could book for Sunday morning, but was disappointed to here they were closed on Sunday. However, David said he might be able to arrange a guide and to give him 30 minutes. 30 minutes later we were booked for the 7:00 am sunrise paddle.
Fabian, our guide was at the site when we arrived and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable about the local fauna and flora. He read the room and knew we were experienced suppers and very nature oriented, so he targeted the tour for us. He pointed out aquatic life, birds and the plants.
Amazing time, I cannot recommend them enough.
