It is the second time that I have contracted their services, to and from Playa del Carmen, the first in 2021 and the second in September 2023, both times they were impeccable and super punctual, in addition to commenting that taxi prices are much higher.
This time it was more complex because our flight arrived in Cancun at 1 in the morning and they were still there on time, they welcomed us with cold water because of the heat and they gave us two cell phone cases for the water which we used. 100% recommended and I will hire every time I go.

Everything worked out fine. We used their service for the trip to playa de carmen from the cancun airport. Included baby seat free or charge for my 1 year old baby.

Plus, they had fair price. That is always a plus.

Fantastic service and communication. Had a group of 18 coming in for a bachelorette trip and had multiple flights. icancun adjusted to all of our requests, showed up on time and were professional.
