Angel was a great driver who arranged a day of private tours for us in Tulum. The cenote tour was amazing! They took us to a off the beaten path park that wasn’t overrun with tourists and we got a personal guide who explained about the cenotes and their significance to Mayan culture. We even got to participate in a Mayan ritual thanking the gods and giving us blessings prior to entering. It was beautiful and magical. The hands on private tour exceeded our expectations. It was so nice to be able to go at our own pace and not be rushed or slowed down by a large group. Angel even arranged a traditional meal at a small local restaurant for us!
Everyone we dealt with was friendly and the pricing was comparable to a group tour pricing you could purchase at the resort. Definitely worth our money and time. We will for sure use them when we go back!

We booked a private tour, taking us to Chichin Itza, cenotes with lunch buffet, and a stop at the colonial town of Valladolid. Alfonso and Carlito picked up me and my family (4) at our hotel and provided a full day of personal attention and passionate knowledge of the Mayan civilization and so much more. They were fun, knowledgeable, attentive, and we could spend as much or little time as we wanted at each location (within reason as the tour has a set end time). They had a cooler of sodas, water and even a couple of Coronas as well as snacks for the kids—chips, granola bars sorts of things. Highly recommended. Remember to tip all your service providers! This industry has taken a huge hit in the last couple of years, but making its way back and they are happy to be of assistance again!

No problems at all! Just used Cancun Elite for a trip to the SeaDust. Our flight was cancelled and they took care of rearranging transport. There was no sign with our name on it but the Cancun elite logo was plenty easy to find. They called noting the driver would be ten minutes late for pickup back to the airport and right at ten minutes past the driver was there. Our kid was sick on the drive back (baby) and spit up in the car. We cleaned it up but the driver kept insisting don’t worry about it. Put us totally at ease with our first time on a family staycation out of country. Can’t say enough!

Angel was fantastic. He texted me when our flight landed letting me know he was there and ready for us. He told us where to go and said to take our time getting our bags. We found him VERY easily and he took our bags for us and loaded them into the van. His driving was great (a lot of drivers in Cancun are so crazy) he got us to our hotel in 20 minutes and unloaded our bags for us. When it was time to go home a week later he texted me again on time letting us know he would be there soon to pick us up. He picked us up at the lobby and got us to the airport right on time as promised. I can not recommend this company enough!! The price is amazing and the customer service is so so good!

Started with a simple transfers to Dancer Cruise... and we make a "click" between my family and the amazing driver Benjamin!
From Monday throw Friday we made all Private tours / transfers with Benja. More that a driver is a humble men who made the impossible... possible....

I had a good experience with Elite on our recent trip to Cancun. They were waiting for us when we landed - it was a little hard to find them, but that was because it was a Saturday and a total free for all at the exit. The driver was polite and easy, gave us each a bottle of water and got us right to the hotel. The return trip was also easy - Driver was on time and helpful.
I would use them again.

We just returned from a full day of Chichen Itza and Selva Maya with Paulo and Omar and had an incredible time! We were a private group of 6 and they were waiting for us at our hotel
at 8:00am and didn’t rush us through any of the sites so that we could see things at our own pace. Paulo explained things in tremendous detail and the beverages kept flowing. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone coming to Cancun!

We thoroughly enjoyed the time with our driver Benjamin! He went above and beyond to make everyone comfortable and keep the good time going. The restaurant choice for our group was the most authentic Mexican experience of our trip. The day started out quietly but it wasn’t long before Benjamin had the tunes going and everyone got excited for the adventure ahead of us. He was a great source of information and is very knowledgeable about the area.
We wouldn’t hesitate to book the same company for our next a Quintana Roo vacation.
The wonderful customer experience continued right until we got into our apartment with Benjamin staying late and helping us with our bags even on New Year’s Eve.
Thanks again for making our trip even more memorable.

Driver Drusso and Guide Josue provided an excellent private tour at our own pace. We went to Chichen Itza , Selma Maya cenote and Valladolid and spent more time than we planned at Chichen Itza because Josue was so knowledgable. The food at the cenote was better than our 5 star resort! This is the best way to comfortably see these historic sites that are quite far from Cancun.

Miguel was our guide and Alfredo was our driver. They were both pretty good, Miguel let us visit all places in our own pace and he was really good at explaining Mayan culture. Definetly worth the money if you have a friend group of 5 or more. Otherwise we would have paid the same price and also needed to wait for other people in the group. Thank you Miguel and Alfredo
