Spend about half an hour to explore the space, the gardens and the shop (great stamps and gifts!) if you are not into philatelist.
If you like and collect stamp you should allow a few hours. The collection seems global and vast.
Don't let the concept of stamp museum fend you off from a visit. This free museum doesn't require that you be philatelist or geek to enjoy it. The curator must also be a baseball / sports fan.

This museum is beautifully laid-out with interesting exhibits and unexpected little gardens. The vault-like room with amazing stamps and letters was particularly interesting and the special exhibit on baseball was a nice surprise.
