Popular with locals, the flea market lines the perimeter of this large park on weekends, including pop-up fondas on the north side for a sit down meal.

Always a nice shady place to sit and rest, with various events for both children and adults often on view. Even at it's quietest the park provides an oasis of green and is a good place to people watch.

I great place to walk around with friends, pick up some fried bananas and if you are lucky to be there during the right time of the year, delicious tacos!

El Llano was near our hotel, and so I walked it most mornings before breakfast. I liked it because I felt I had a chance to be part of the neighborhood and to watch it wake up. I took three turns around the park--about 30...More
