I highly recommend this cooking school day ! Not only do you actively help prepare and then enjoy a delicious meal, you learn about the food traditions of Oaxaca . Nora is a wonderful guide through the market , I learned so much !

Mole Amarillo, stuffed squash blossoms, salsa verde, chocolate ice cream,arroz con mentha and a few others. Preceded by a trip to the Mercado to buy everything.
