We thoroughly enjoyed our day with Cesar, he was a great guide and a really nice guy.
He picked us up ( 2 couples) at our Airbnb in Condesa, he was on time and had a very big/comfortable car.
We spent 6 hours with Cesar visiting the pyramids with a quick stop at the shrine of our lady of guadalupe, he was very knowledgeable and helpful.
We would definitely use this service again.

It was a pleasure to be of service! When in Mexico City, the pyramids are an absolute Must See and doing it punctually, stress-free with a guide who really does care about your day and experience is essential. It is an honour to be able to provide this reliable, informative and upbeat option for our international visitors to Mexico City.
Holidays and spending time with your best friends are precious. We are professionals who take your trust seriously!
We hope to see you back in CDMX soon to discover more of the plethora of cultural and modern treasures here!
Best

When I booked this, my husband and I first said to each other, "Mexico makes wine?" but afterwards, we were so glad that we chose to do this! We were met by the owner, César, of a great little wine bar, Si Mon, which is attached to a beautiful restaurant. He walked us through both the history of wine making and how current enologists are approaching the industry within the country. We tasted a wide variety of wines and had some great, locally-sourced charcuterie to snack on. Our tasting wound up feeling more like we made a new friend instead of an organized tour, and we enjoyed ourselves so much, we wound up staying for dinner and purchasing a few bottles to take home! If you want to try some fun, different wines and learn about winemaking while in Mexico City, I would definitely suggest this!

Wine is definitely to be lived and breathed, and not 'toured', right? We are really glad to hear that you enjoyed the immersive nature of this wine experience. Cesar is an incredible source of insider knowledge, and slowly but surely is putting Mexican wine on the international map for our guests.
Many thanks to you and your husband for your pioneer spirit. We hope to see you again for new seasons and harvests!

The walking tour with Laura is so much more than a walking tour as Laura is able to provide a unique insight into life in Mexico City, as well as introduce you to different people and experiences that this tour makes possible. Laura is incredibly generous with her time and knowledge and goes that extra step in ensuring that your experience is spectacular. We did the La Roma tour which ended at a wine tasting at a local wine merchants store. You don't need to be super fit. Wonderful experience! Highly recommended as it is so much more than a walking tour.

I have to say, it was a total honour be asked to take you out on a full-day VIP tour, based on our La Roma group tour experience. It is really important to me to stay linked in with people and the places where we tour and when it is appreciated they way that you did, I feel that going that extra mile pays off infinitely.
Thanks for being such an enthusiastic client and for really tuning into the details!
Can't wait to have you back again!

This is our second tour with Stylewalk MX. We were a group of five who took this tour with Rafa on a Friday evening and it couldn't have been better. Rafa is very knowledgeable and speaks excellent English. Some of us had already taken a tour of Centro Historico and this tour only added to what we had already seen and learned. We learned about the history of cantinas in Mexico City and visited four very different establishments. Rafa gave us recommendations on what to order and we were all very happy with his suggestions. Seeing Centro Historico, The Zocalo and Templo Mayor at night was also a completely different experience and was quite thrilling. The really great thing about Stylewalk MX is that the tour is tailored to suit your desires. Anytime we saw something that we were interested in Rafa would take a detour to satisfy our curiosity and his knowledge and information was still complete as if he had planned and prepped for the detour.
My wife and I travel and live in different locations around the globe extensively and we rarely give reviews of what we do or who we use. Stylewalk MX and Rafael Rios are worth reviewing and recommending.

Thank you for your very kind and detailed feedback. It's an honor to receive your comments. We are glad it was a wonderful night out for you all!
I think it's fair to say most of our guests for the History and Cantinas tour arrive with some prior knowledge of Mexican history. They've already taken our 5 hour Must-See Centro Tour, or walked around the Zocalo on their own, so I am delighted to hear that Rafa offered you fresh and new insights (including spontaneous ones), and gave you a fun introduction to the rather kitsch and mysterious cantina scene.
As a scholar and a historian, Rafa really does love to give people the chance to get geeky with their questions, but he also understands the importance of being a good host. Knowing that there has to be a balance between talking and listening!
Your group is now one of the elite few who have seen the true beauty of Centro at night. So congratulations to you all, and many thanks for the privilege of taking you on a second tour!
We hope to see you again soon.
Best,
Laura

I like art and I like walking so combining the two in what I had heard was a cool part of town all seemed logical, especially after reading the other reviews on this site. The extra factor was Laura - very engaging personality, with good taste, who brings the whole thing alive with her passion for her adopted neighbourhood. Next time I'm in town I'm going to hire her services again to see the graffiti in the downtown area. Thanks Laura for a great afternoon!

Our guide Laura was extremely good at keeping in touch beforehand and she was quick to respond, helpful and enthusiastic. This followed through into the tour itself . She showed us some really neat Art Deco buildings and interesting architecture. The tour was interesting and filled with facts and pictures. Laura runs small group tours so it s easy to ask questions and it feels like touring with a friend rather then a tour guide. She also took us inside an Art Deco hotel to show more Art Deco in furnishings, etc. if you take this tour, don't forget to ask Laura for great restaurant recommendations. She recommended a wonderful restaurant to us. Her tours are educational giving us historical information about the why, the when, the who and the continual transformation of the city and her people. The tour is very reasonably priced and it is a great way to explore the city.

Laura, an artist, architectural journalist and trained in classical english .. Laura conducts the walking tours of Condesa and Roma through sheer love of the place. She lives it everyday and updates her work by talking with locals like the lead gardener at the beautiful Parque Mexico. You'll be delighted by architectural, culinary, historical, and cultural gems. Don't miss it ! I recommend this for locals as well! You'll find some hidden gems you didn't know were there!

Thankyou so much! I do try my best to be well-rounded in all that I do here. There's a lot to discover and learn about in La Condesa, but usually I find the real-story can be found on the street. If you take the time to ask a local, there's a lot of magic waiting to be uncovered!
This being said, it takes a special client to see this and value it. It was an absolute pleasure to take such a perceptive and intelligent guest on tour with me!
Kind regards,
Laura

We had Jocan to take us on this tour and Sebastian who came along also. We couldn't have been more happier with the experience. Jocan and Sebastian were so informative, they really appreciated the artistic aspects of the art and added history and culture the sights we saw. Both young men were very engaging, passionate and knowledgeable about the art. It was great how Jocan was able to allow us to form opinions of the art and then we could discuss. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer, whether it be about art or any of our questions around the Government, history or culture. I would highly recommend this tour, thanks Jocan and Sebastian we thoroughly enjoyed our tour.

We are delighted you enjoyed the tour so much! Santiago and Jocan are both well-versed in life AND street art, yes!! Street art gives us such a wonderful chance to look into Mexico as a country, as well to enjoy some living art in a living space! For that reason we are careful to choose guides who understand that art can be a portal into many topics (as you discovered!) and that they be capable of handling different kinds of discussions with ease.
We are so glad that you took full advantage of their backgrounds AND had a fun time on tour. Delighted in fact!
We look forward to seeing you again in Mexico City next visit :)

This was a perfect tour of La Roma. I am familiar with Mexico City and have done this same tour before, but La Roma is such a dynamic neighborhood and this tour was the ideal way to keep up. Camille was fantastic. We went to a pair of semi-private galleries that were totally new to me and were top notch. Great new shops for hip shopping I would not have easily found. Camille is also incredibly knowledgeable on the history and architecture and showed me new renovations and gave me insight into buildings I hadn't really noticed before. I go to CDMX every couple of years and will repeat this tour each time.

So happy to have you back with us Andrew! And even more happy to hear you enjoyed your second Roma tour just as much as the first. I will be sure to pass ion your compliments to Camille.
Roma and Juarez really are fun neighbourhoods because there is so much change. It definitely keeps us on our toes, keeping up with it! This being said, I do think it's essence and vibe remain constant: a little bit quirky, always leafy and full of interesting hipster hotspots and people.
Thankyou so much for your lovely feedback and we look forward to seeing you again your next trip!
