Our goal is that you eat like the locals and get a clear idea of the authentic Mexican Cuisine. Between tastings, you'll experience the life of Mexico City's residents, the so-called "Chilangos", as you enjoy walking around fascinating neighborhoods like Polanco or lovely and authentic markets such as Mercado de San Juan located in Centro Histórico. In our Mexican cooking lessons, you'll cook some delicious Mexican dishes with and expert Mexican chef, an unforgettable experience. We run tours all year round. All food tastings and drinks are included in the ticket price. **Our Polanco food tour ends close to the Anthropology Museum (walking distance), so you might consider spending the rest of your day in the most important museum of our country.

Viry is a fantastic guide. We got to know more about Mexican food during those several than during the previous two months of living in Mexico, lol. Moreover, we were taken to some golden places with delicious food, but I wouldn't probably ever find those places without the tour because there are dozens of them in the area, and you never know which one has the best options. But thank Viry, now we know :) I'd highly recommend taking this tour, worth every penny. Furthermore, it's the fastest way to get to know one of the world's richest and most varied cuisines.

A MUST when in Mexico. Another way to learn about its culture is thru FOOD! Chef Eduardo showed us how to make tortillas, vegan fillings, black bean stew, authentic guacamole and molè! All done in a kitchen of a beautiful home . He was patient, funny and kept us engaged and involved. 5 stars for Chef Eduardo!

During the pandemic I have experienced seven virtual food tours, most of them excellent, but our class with Chef Eduardo topped them all. Yesterday we tuned in on eight screens from locations across Western Canada to celebrate my daughter-in-law's birthday. She had selected a menu of chicken mole and a mezcal cocktail from an interesting list provided. It was a great choice! Eduardo is so engaging; funny, energetic, and well-informed. As a trained chef, he provided tips that were helpful to even the most seasoned cooks among us. The food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of left-over mole sauce. Eduardo gave us intriguing ideas on how to use the mole in other dishes, which I can't wait to try. I suspect we'll be recreating the berry cocktail when we do. Virtual cooking classes have been a fantastic way to bring everyone together during the pandemic. We cook together, then we eat together virtually. I suspect we'll continue that practice once COVID-19 is in our rearview mirror --- and we'll certainly take another class with Eduardo when we get to Mexico City in person.
