The library has around 8 floors, there is a small auditorium, music and movie rooms, a computer area, garden and exhibit areas as well as a children section.

if you have a spare time in Mexico City, it is a very good thing to go to the northern part and visit Biblioteca Vasconcelos, it is a great place for taking pictures by the way

Depending on traffic, 10 to 30 min, it is relatively close by. You can take an Uber or a taxi, and don't forget to walk by the murals in the avenue right next to the Biblioteca.

Not really. There is a metro and metrobus stop right outside. Other options are the ubiqitous, dirt-cheap Mexico City taxis or just grab a Uber. It is not super close to Condesa but should not take too long.
