I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend it. This was my first cooking class and I will definitely take another with Natalia. She was so warm, knowledgeable and a clear teacher, and I am not a very skilled cook. The environment was lovely and I felt like I was making a meal with friends. I learned so much about the ingredients as well. Thank you, Natalia!

We had so much fun and the food was so fresh and delicious. I'm so glad we did the class. I learned a lot. And the chef was so nice and attentive.

We had an absolutely wonderful time with Natalia. Natalia is a very talented chef and is extremely passionate about her wonderful Mexican culture. Natalia took the time to walk us through a very nice local market where we gathered all the ingredients for the fresh salsa that we would create. Natalia then took us back to her kitchen and explain step-by-step, how to make each salsa, That salsa would be great at pairing with and gave us the recipes. The four different salsas each had a different personality, turned out extremely well and were absolutely delicious with quesadillas. Natalia is a very talented chef, but most importantly, a very warm person, and truly made us feel very, very welcome. She even sent us home with a few salsas that likely won’t survive the afternoon. This was a highlight of our trip and we can’t recommend this highly enough For anyone visiting Mexico, and wanting to taste the true flavor of this city. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you, Natalia!

This is one of the best cooking classes I’ve ever done. Natalia is a wonderful amazing person and a fabulous chef! We first went to the market, where she taught us how to pick the best ingredients for the burrito — something I’ve never done in any cooking class. So this was super nice!
During the class, we learned how to make our own tortilla for the burrito, made an authentic guacamole, a super amazing coriander sauce, and how to roll a burrito. It was all delicious, to say the least.
I highly highly recommend!

Amazing!!! Natalia not only taught us how to cook 3 different salsas, she also incorporated the history of Mexico City and the love of the food!

What a great way to make new friends, explore a 'local' market and have a great time listening to music while cooking in the original styles. We made 4 different types of salsa and everyone got their hands dirty! Her English is perfect and she makes you feel right at home in her apartment. I won't hesitate booking another class with her next time I'm in town. Thank you Natalia!

The class was full; and the energy was very good! Chef Luna kept us all engaged! And I got to experience the use of cutting fruit with a plastic picnic knife! Who knew? And I learned a new Spanish word, Molcajete.

We loved the whole class! First, Natalia took us to the market to pick the perfect ingredients for several types of salsas, she taught us how to select the best fruits, veggies, chiles and seeds- then we learned how to chop, roast and fry them to perfection. The mix was unbelievably delicious! Each salsa brings out the best in every dish if you know how to pair them! My family loved it and it now fresh salsa is a staple at home. It makes every meal better!

Natalia's burritos class was the highlight of our trip, I loved how we learned the back story about the dish, how to select the best ingredients and the amount needed for the perfect burrito!
Burrito night is a weekly thing in our home as the kids love it, the class has inspired us to be more creative in the kitchen and come up with our own versions.

This experience was great. I loved learning how to make burritos from scratch. Natalia is a great host with good knowledge of Mexican gastronomy.
I recommend 100% if you are in Mexico City because it is worth it.
Now I make my own flour tortillas!
