We had an incredible time with Fabiola. She was really attending on what we wanted to see and know about mexico city. This and her incredible personality made the bicycle tour unforgettable for us. I would deffinatly recommend this tour. We joined the highlighttrip but had the chance to eat a lot of incredible food aswell.

This visit was an amazing experience, Raul is an excellent guy and see him ride a bike is a MUST when you visit Mexico City. Totally worth it!

You get to see the city in a whole new perspective, and explosion of flavors in your mouth. The bikes are really fun, cycling is not exahusting rather very enjoyable.

Ismael is the absolute best. I had a wonderful time biking almost 12 miles with him on these e-bikes. We saw wonderful sights, he knows all the history and has pictures and info to complement the places we visited, he took me to the best locals taco spot, it was exactly what I wanted. The city is huge and to see it on a bike is the best way. I highly recommend this, it was an incredible experience with a wonderful person. The meeting spot for my trip was at a hotel right by the St Regis very conveniently located and the street had tons of cute restaurants and bars FYI and was very close to the park.

We had such a wonderful day with Ismael. This is one of the best things we have done on our trip to Mexico City. We felt very safe, the bikes were super nice, and our guide was so knowledgeable, kind and fun! I would highly recommend that anybody take thisTour or one of the other ones that they offer. It was super fun and we are definitely going to do another one when we return to Mexico City in the summer!

We always enjoy bike tours when exploring a new city, and this tour was wonderful. The tour provided immersion in both the bustling and serene areas of Mexico City. Our tour guide Ishmael was highly personable, passionate about sharing Mexican history and contemporary culture, and strived to keep our small group safe and comfortable. We highly recommend this tour for adventurous bicyclists who are comfortable navigating congestion with cars and pedestrians.

Our guide Ismael was definitely a bike passionate and it was communicative !!
We had just one day in the city and I’m so glad we did this tour as it allowed us to see and experience so much in such a short time.
Appart from all the historical explanations and the sight seeing, he also made us try our very first tacos, which were wonderful !
Also we felt really safe with him as we were riding in the city, he has ways with cars that made them respect us and keep their distance.
Highly recommended !

Ismael and Vanessa were great hosts and gave a great tour. The E bikes were in excellent condition. Despite the heavy traffic in Mexico City, with the guidance of Vanessa and Ismael, I felt safe the entire time. An amazing way to see the city!

First and foremost: we always felt safe; even with kids that aren’t bike riders; even though none of us had ever riden an e-bike before (transformative btw); even in the wildest and most chaotic intersections and crossings - everybody knew our guides had our backs. They anticipated every risk, were stopping traffic, knocking on truck doors, ringing bells and actively negotiating our priority at many intersections. We were given all the space we needed to relax and enjoy. Our tour was a hybrid of both San Juan and Medellin mkts, notable graffiti, Centro and Roma Norte. Fabiola and her rear-guard teammate were friendly, knowledgeable, and outstanding on the hospitality and service fronts. Our only regret (a deep regret) was not booking a much longer tour (we returned with full power bars on all our batteries)! We will be back!

Amazing experience, best trip of our visit to CDMX. Raul was a great guide / host. Really enjoyied the electric bikes, especially in the heat of the City, made it very easy to get around. We thoroughly enjoyed the 5 hours as we got to see places we would never have found.
