The Anthropology museum was spectacular. The building is stunning in its own right. The collection is superb and very well curated. We spent about 1.5-2hrs but could easily have spent more.

Wonderful place and a massive, monumental scale. Very worthwhile. Note that the day we went they had only one ticket booth open. The line was long but moved pretty quickly. They were also only accepting cash that day, so keep that in mind.

The most sensational museum I have ever visited! We booked our tour with Amigo Tours Mexico through Trip Advisor and the tour included a private guide, Alex, who was very knowlegeable and escorted us through the museum with professionalism.

Excellent museum located in a picturesque part of the city. One of the best anthropology Museums I have visited over the years. You really need to spend a number of days to fully experience it. It is so dull of artifacts.

Second to none, pre-columbian - to modern artifacts and artisan works. Absolutely wonderful world class museum, during our stay we went two full days to complete it. Skip Sundays and Monday everything is closed. Every other day is good.

We visited this fantastic building on our trip to Mexico City. It is apparently one of the best anthropological museums in the world. A person could spend several hours or even days here. It is a must see.
