I loved the Street Food Condesa and Roma Tour so much, I took another Bikes and Munchies Tour two days later! As a first time visitor to Mexico City, the Street Food tour provided a fantastic overview of the communities of Condesa and Roma. Our guides Fime and Sandy were warm knowledgeable and fun. From tamales to green juice at the Mercado Medellin to street tacos to churros and finally mezcal tasting, every stop was authentic and delicious. Loved learning more about Mexican history and culture as well as having the opportunity to ride around Parque Mexico and the beautiful forest trail around the Castle Chapultepec. Was very impressed with how seamlessly Fime and Sandy created a safe and fun environment as we rode through the busy avenues and leafy neighborhood streets. My second tour was the mural and History Tour with Isak and Sandy. Equally fantastic! Isak was a fabulous guide who presented the history of Mexico/Mexico City and Mexican Muralism in an engaging and fascinating way. We had multiple food stops to places I would never have found on my own. The tacos and tortas were phenomenal. One highlight was a visit to Pasteleria Ideal, one of the oldest bakeries in Mexico City. Highly recommend both tours!

This tour was fantastic and a great choice if you're looking for something different to do in Mexico City. Most food tours have too much food for me so this was a good alternative. The guides, Sebastian and Velia were amazing. They know so much about the history, culture and food of the area and you get a little of each along the way. They are also very friendly, easy-going and accommodating.

I'm not the most athletic person and haven't been on a bike in a long time and it was very easy for me to do this tour. The bikes are like beach cruiser types - so easy and comfortable over all types of streets. There are stops along the way for food, a little history and a couple chances to stop and walk around a park and a market. It's really well paced.

The route goes through beautiful neighborhoods. Sebastian helped block intersections so we could all go through together and you never feel unsafe or worried about navigating cars and pedestrians. The food was unique and interesting. Everything was tasty. They make sure to ask about food limitations and preferences and take that into account for each stop.

I would definitely do this tour again and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Our group of 4 started our stay in Mexico City with a. Bikes & Munchies tour. There were two other groups with us, for a total of 15 riders - all mingled and chatted and shared notes on the tacos as well as restaurant suggestions. The ride was well organized and included ample time off the bike to enjoy the food and the atmosphere. Our trip, led by Sebastian and Andrea, ended with some mezcal and tamales. Overall a delightful way to get a feel for CDMX.

Having local residents as tour guides is the best, they are a wealth of information and experience to draw from. Having an intro snack and drink before and after our ride was a pleasure, gave us time to connect and enjoy the company of new friends. They made us feel very safe even though we are riding bikes around a busy city. And for how much you see and taste in such a short time, it’s more than most people do in a lifetime! Just be sure to not eat before coming!

This was one of my favorite experiences in Mexico City. Our meeting place was gorgeous. Upon arrival we were greeted and served a drink of choice. All of the food stops were phenomenal and we were served food I wouldn’t have ordered normally. Our guides were fun, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Biking through the city on a Sunday was the way to go. There was less traffic on the streets. On Sundays the locals enjoy outdoors, the streets close to traffic as hundreds of people run, bike, roller skate around the city. A beautiful way to experience the culture.

(My tour was in English)I had a tight 12 hours in Mexico City this started with a self-guided walking tour of Downtown Mexico City. I was hungry by the time I arrived at Bazar Fusion. I was in luck my host and tour guide Issac was ready with an amazing starter and my food and bike tour was ready. I asked 20 questions before we left off we went to downtown CDMX. I was in for a surprise as we rode in protected bicycle lanes that had bicycle-friendly traffic lights. The route like most of CDMX was flat, and I did not notice that we had cycle 15 KM by the time we were complete. I was there in December, and the weather was mid 70's (F) I requested we stop a couple of places where I say unique gifts and we were able to accommodate this, I also got great ideas from Issac. The time flew by as we saw many murals, cultural sites and of course catherdrals. However my favorite observations were patterns of everyday life, as folks went about there days. Get on a bike and see the world you'll be glad you did!

My husband and I have been taking bike tours in different cities every time we travel. We enjoy the intimacy and information they provide and this was no exception. We had Isaac as a tour guide for the mural and history tour. He was very informative, was able to answer questions, and set us up with some great pictures. Isaac was really able to personalize the tour experience for us and we enjoyed a great conversation with him afterwards.

Our tour was only our group of 4 and that was awesome. However, I am sure a larger group would have gone smoothly as well. Other groups were touring at the same time, so I really appreciate their effort to keep our tour small and intimate.

I chose Bikes and Munchies because I saw that it was a small business run by a couple. I always rather give my money to individuals than large companies. Also, smaller companies are usually more accommodating and Bikes and Munchies did not disappoint! I would return again for the foodie tour.

This is the best Food Tour I have ever been on and the added plus was that biking was involved. We are a family of four with two teenagers, including a vegetarian, and we all had a great time! Our guides, Elias and Sandy, were really fun, knowledgeable, and interesting to listen to. They kept us constantly engaged and spent a lot of time answering all of our questions. This biking Food Tour is the best way to see some great parts of Mexico City and really get a feel for the food culture. Come on an empty stomach because you will go through eight courses of food and drink! When we come back, and we will come back, we will definitely book another tour with bikes and munchies!

One the best experiences of our trip. Our guides Isaac and Sandra were knowledgeable about the history of the City, food was delicious. For those that aren’t too fit- the pace was fine. Frequent stops and mostly flat terrain. I hadn’t ridden a bike in about 25 years and I was able to get through it. A memorable way to enjoy a great city !
