We wish we had packed more warm clothes. leggings or blue jeans are worn by most pedestrians we have seen in the streets. but bring jackets and scarves. also, make sure your hotel has a heater. our current hotel does not, but we are leaving in the morning so we just got extra blankets for our bed. about 8 degrees Centigrade at night.
