The reviews on Trip Advisor regarding this tour are excellent and as a result we booked the tour in Guanajuato. Due to the coronavirus and the Australian government forbidding travel we could not get to Mexico and had to cancel the tour. I am writing this review to highlight the professionalism displayed by this company throughout the whole process of booking the tour to us having to cancel. They were extremely helpful and co-operative at all times. I have no hesitation in recommending them and, when this over, we hope to get to Mexico and will use Estigo at every opportunity.

After visiting the Diego Rivera home and museum on our own we went on a 3 hour tour of Guanajuato with Estigo tours. Our guide Roberto was excellent. He spoke English well and was incredibly knowledgeable about the history and culture of the city. He also had a good sense of humor and his enthusiasm and love for his adopted hometown ( he's originally from Mexico City) was apparent. We learned so much without feeling inundated. Highly recommend Estigo tours and Roberto!

We had Roberto, who was a wonderful guide, for a 3 hour walking tour of the city. Roberto provided many useful insights into the history of the town as he showed us the major sites. We also got to look at the subterranean streets which are amazing. Thank you Roberto for showing us around this wonderful city, we highly recommend this tour.

I can not say enough about Gonzalo at Estigo Tours! He helped us every step of the way in planning our family trip to Guanajuato. Our tour guide Roberto was OUTSTANDING! He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Roberto showed us first class service. After spending six days with him...we consider him family. Thank you for allowing our entire family to enjoy my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary trip!
