Beautifully designed church!! Breathtakingly beautiful!

Breathtakingly beautiful! Lots of vendors outside and old couples dancing. We went on a Sunday afternoon and we attended mass. It was fantastic!

The Temple features striking gothic architecture, and the interior and exterior of the Temple were immaculately clean.

This plaza is bustling with activity on Sundays. Lots of food and dancing on the plaza. Look for the lady who sells tamales on the side of the cathedral, she sells many flavors but the best are strawberry and pineapple. Be respectful of the church there is usually mass being said so be quite and dress modestly.

Truly beautiful and breathtaking and this is coming from a non religious person. I was ready to go in and worship. One of the most beautiful temples I have ever visited.

If you are the kind of person that loves and admires architecture, specially historic, you should arrange a visit to feel and live the experience of being under these super tall archs and towers. Free to public. Easy convenient public parking. About $12 pesos an hour.

There are few gothic temples in America and this is the most beautiful I have seen in Mexico. It's not too big but it is an amazing piece of art. Just walk all around and enjoy the structure, candles and tinted windows. Depending on the time natural light interaction changes a lot. During the day and during the night two... More

This church is surprising in many ways. It feels so European, so out of place with its tinted windows and vaulted ceiling. The architect is a noteworthy Guadalajara native, definitely a must. Also, on weekends in the afternoon the food offering on the plaza is delicious and authentic!

I was married in this church many years ago because, in a city with incredibly beautiful churches, this was the ONLY European-style Gothic church. It is majestic and about 1 mile from downtown, so you have to travel to see it. It is worth every second of your time as it is an architectural gem. The outside features a very... More

Visited the church after going through MUSA, well worth the stop. The steeple seemed to go on forever and the stained glass was beautiful.

It is large and has a brilliant structure. The exterior is beautiful both day and night. At night, it will be lighted up so it looks very charming. A must see spot in Guadalajara.
