We walked along the downtown plaza here in Guadalajara just to explore. Great for history lovers. There's tours and guides, but be sure to get there early as the tours stop relatively early in the evening/afternoon. I enjoyed the live entertainment the best. There were plenty of clowns on unicycles and comedians in masks using the audience to put on... More

Centro Historico in Guadalajara is wonderful. So much to see and to do. Beautiful architecture and arts and sculptures. So nice to sit and people watch and take in the culture.

if you are in Guadalajara you will not miss this square. All the main sightseeings are just around. The day I have been there there was a football cup of local kids teams. Very nice atmosphere, kids from 5 to 15, boys and girls playing the ball, fans supporting... Obviously showing this is one of the main squares not only... More

This is one of the most emblematic places of the Historic Center of Guadalajara, is near Cathedral and you will enjoy a peaceful and colorful place.

Want the most iconic pictures of Guadalajara? This is the place. You have on one side the Guadalajara cathedral and the Degollado theater on the other surrounded by other beautiful buildings.

Plaza de la Liberacion is very NICE visited a while back, we walked through it to get to the Cathedral, very green, lots of benches to set on and a very lovely rotunda.

Not much to see, there will usually be people disguised that charge for a picture, or expect a tip for their performance, sometimes there will be handcraft exhibition, it’s a small square nothing much to do, unless you are interested in photographing the theater from here or the cathedral, has parking underground, so if you have a car and want... More
