We used Vallarta Transfers to take our party of 16 into Boca De Tomatlan and then back again for our departure. They were on time, the van was clean and our drivers were awesome. Eduardo drove us to our destination and Sabino took us back to the airport. The vans were both on time, affordable and each driver was like having a tour guide as they told us about the city. Eduardo stopped by Costco and patiently waited for us while we shopped. With a weeks worth of luggage, 2 sets of golf club and groceries, we packed the van full! On the way back we stopped at a local hole in the wall Sabino recommended for an authentic Mexican breakfast before we departed. Taxis directly from the airport are expensive, I recommend booking in advance. We will absolutely use Vallarta Transfers & Incentives when we return next year.

I always use Vallarta Incentives for my transfers. They are friendly and reliable. After a horrible encounter at the customs at the airport (being charged $100 dollars for nicotine vapes) my driver Aurelio reminded me why I love PvR. He was sympathetic, charming and very informative. My favorite driver. I go to Mexico multiple times a year in different locations and this transfer company is A+++ reasonably priced great employees and there is no reason I’d look elsewhere. Keep up the good work!

Use Santiago for your driver and get a tour director too

We highly recommend Santiago for your driver. Last year Santiago was our driver from PVR airport to our hotel. He gave us valuable information the whole trip. So, we went to visit restaurants that he recommended and loved them. Santiago is an encyclopedia on Puerto Vallarta and speaks fluent Spanish and English. If he does not know something, he knows someone who does. This year we reserved Santiago, but it was his day off. He came to the airport anyway to be sure we were properly taken care of. We reserved Santiago for a trip TO the airport and he was on time. He even sent us a message with a photo saying where he was and how long he would be before picking us up. On our ride to the airport he told us of a bus that goes every 6 minutes to Sayulita, San Pancho and Rincon de Guayabitos for $5 one way with Compostela bus company. A taxi is about $180 round trip to the same publitos. We are looking forward to hearing about some unadvertised rentals in these publitos for a good price. Absolutely First-Rate at a Fair Price

This is an excellent company particularly if you need to shuttle a larger group to or from your PV resort. ALONZO was our Driver and cannot say enough about his professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to share info about PV sites and places to visit (only if you ask; never a bother) and in English that rivals the best. Even helped us pack groceries after we stopped for Condo supplies. Our group of 7 adults and two infants were picked up in a newer MBZ van at the airport just as advertised and we paid up-front for the return trip one week later. This Company is terrific and they are lucky to have such a wonderful employee in Alonzo!

We use Vallarta Transfers and Incentives every time we visit Puerto Vallarta. Melissa makes booking incredibly easy and all of the drivers are reliable, safe, and extremely pleasant. When we visited at the end of September and we needed to leave a day early due to weather, we were able to send a quick email and the driver was waiting for us the next morning. Special thanks to Miguel, Brandon, and Alonso, our wonderful drivers for our last 2 trips.

We were greeted at the airport by Santiago, who held a sign with our name. So reassuring!

We were helped to pile 3 adults, a 9 year old and a 5 year old into a spacious van. There was water and beer and a booster seat. The driving was safe and friendly, and we stopped at Walmart for groceries as we’d prearranged.

Our driver did not hurry us, but kept an eye on us in case we needed help in the store. Eventually we were just showing him our grocery list and calling out: ”Santiago! Where is pancake mix and taco spices?”

On our return trip, we requested the same great English speaking driver. He was great and gave us many hints on traveling around. We were at Grand Mayan Vidanta in Nuevo Nayarit(Vallarta), and he told us how to easily leave the timeshare and get to PV.

All in all, yes… Uber, bus, taxi would be less expensive, but when you are traveling with kids and grandparents, the ease and confidence we felt with Vallarta Transportation was worth every penny!

I had good experience with this company

Our group of 16 people booked a large Sprinter van to transport from PVR airport to our hotel. We booked 2 days before the trip and got email confirmation and direction to meet them outside of the airport. Before I booked it, I chat with their representative to make sure their van has room for luggage. They confirmed me their van are for 20 passengers and 2 pieces of luggage per passenger. When we exited the last door of the airport, their representative was waiting on the right hand side with my name. He led us to the van in parking lot and offered beer and cold water bottles to us. The driver is friendly and helpful. The van is spacious, nice and clean. Because our hotel offered free ride back to the airport, I had to cancel their hotel pickup shuttle 2 days before our departure. I did it by chatting to Melissa on their website from my cell phone. She asked my booking number and she handled the rest. An email for refund was sent to me while I was still chatting with her. My credit card company alerted me the refund was received on the next day. I recommend everybody should book Vallarta Transfer and Incentives for your airport transfer. This is a legitimate company in Mexico and their service is the best.

WOW!!! I didn’t realize how pre-planning the transportation to and from our different destinations would improve our trip experience so much. Carlos Fregoso is the best! He was timely, friendly, and more importantly made us feel SAFE! His driving was absolutely secure and he handled 13 loud, chatty, passengers so gracefully. He was able to navigate some pretty rough terrain while we were having the time of our lives in the back, but still kept us feeling safe. We appreciated his patience and kindness with us! Thank you so much Carlos!!!!

AMAZING SERVICE

It was our first time traveling to Puerto Vallarta, we're a little nervous since it was a new place for us, but this company really exceeded my expectations. Margarita and Melissa were very informative and clarified many of my doubts before booking.

When we arrived at the airport, it was really crowded, but they were waiting right where they told me, they welcomed me with a smile and immediately took me to our van, this was very clean, they offered us water and beer, I even asked them for an extra beer and they did not hesitate to give it to me.

Our driver Miguel was very informative during the trip to our hotel, he recommended places to eat and some tours. On the way back to the airport we had the same experience, Super Sabio was waiting for us, these people really enjoy what they do, both drivers were very friendly and we would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

Great private experience for group of 10 with young children

Overall we had a great experience with Vallarta transfers! We took 3 trips with them, the airport to zona romantica, zona romantica to sayulita, and sayulita to the airport. They were able to accomodate 3 different last minute pickup time changes due to checkout time changes and flight delays which made a huge difference when travelling with 2 young children to not be stuck waiting at the airport for a few extra hours.

We had the driver Leo for 2 of the legs of the journey where he was especially very kind when we had a child vomitting incident in the vehicle and also include some complimentary in-ride beverages.

We also had Agustin for the final leg where we had 2 flight delays and he was able to accomodate leaving later and as a result was left waiting in sayulita for quite awhile. It was really appreciated.

Lastly, tomas was extremely responsive and helped make the changes to the scheduling. On whatsapp he always responded within 5minutes which was amazing.

The only feedback that i would give for improvement was making sure the correct number of carseats were made available for all the legs, as there may have been some miscommunication there.

However overall the experience was really great and I will definitely use them again!
