We are so glad we chose this company. From start to finish we had amazing service, great captains, great food and drink and a great time. Sandra in the office was so knowledgeable and helped us choose the best options for our family. We swam to Hidden Beach and our captain captured great photos of all of us, perfect for next year’s Christmas card. We snorkeled around the island and saw an array of beautiful fish. On our way back home the captains set up the fishing poles for us. Our teen boys caught 23 fish and had an amazing time reeling them in. Our captains were fun, adventurous, knowledgeable, safe and gave us a memorable experience we will never forget. I felt so nervous booking a charter not knowing anything about the company, but we couldn’t be more happy with the staff, captains and boat. What an amazing day! If you’re considering a charter, this is the company! We will absolutely be returning for another charter next year!

Had a wonderful private charter on a catamaran, captained by Gabriel. Spent several hours enjoy the beautiful private beaches of the Bay of Banderas with some snorkeling, SUP, and enjoyment on board, including some live music. The fresh-caught ceviche was delicious and drinks abound! Highly recommend and will be doing it again!

I was the photographer for a yacht elopement. It was absolutely perfect; intimate and roomy, great food and service, and the best tour of Banderas Bay!

We were very excited about this boat trip but unfortunately 2 members of our party became ill and couldnt make it. We had to cancel last minute which I felt bad about since the company lost other bookings on our date, but hugo was nice enough to refund most of our deposit. I did alot of research in advance to find this company and it looked great, I suggest trying it out, we now know they are trustworthy.

Stunning 60-ft Sea Ray yacht. Luxurious and easily accommodated our private charter of 17 people. Many areas to sit in the sun or out of the sun. The drinks were well-made and always available. It was a wonderful day and we enjoyed this comfortable yacht.
The reasons for not a 5-star rating were two things: the crew and skipper were pleasant but not welcoming & the food was just acceptable. I am sure the crew and skipper are tired at this point in the high season, but they appeared bored (no smiles but did their jobs). Their performance was acceptable but not high-end. The food was okay (chicken fajitas & guacamole). The app came after the entree which seemed odd (the food timing was off).
Overall, a very good experience for a day charter. As comparison, I've done three other charters with other companies and they were all 5-star so this may just be crew fatigue at this point in the tourist season.

Alonso and everyone at Yachts Vallarta was amazing. We called multiple different companies and this was by far the best in pricing and information. Alonso was very attentive to all of our questions and concerns. Booking everything was fast and easy. Our actually day out was an amazing experience, from the moment we got onto the dock to the moment we got back into our taxi to go back home. José Luis, Carlos and Luis were all awesome. Our sailboat was clean and in great condition. They provided us with drinks, beers, delicious guacamole and chips. The crew that was with us (Carlos and Luis) was very knowledgeable, professional and very polite. They even provided is with awesome tips to enjoy the rest of our stay in Puerto Vallarta. We had so much fun and would be happy to book through them again. Actually planning a trip back in December and will most definitely be contacting Alonso and Vallarta Yachts again.

My travel agent @Terika Haynes of Dynamite Travel connected me to Alonso. I was actually in talks with another yacht company and was almost ready to secure a rental through them when my travel agent told me Alonso of Yachts Vallarta told her some things to be aware of when dealing with the other company, like they will increase the price even though you all have discussed another price. Well, sure enough, when I told the other company I was ready to book, they told me I could no longer charter the yacht I was interested in for 4 hours it HAD to be a 6 hour rental. At that point I deciced to book with Yachts Vallarta and I'm so glad I did!!! Alonso and my travel agent corresponded with each other. She advised he was very responsive to her calls and e-mails. I chartered the yacht for 4 hours for a day party for my husband's 50th birthday Day Party. When my party and I arrived to the marina, Alonso was there to greet me and my party of 15. We rented the Montefino 85, but the had the name Neptuno! Let me just say....the service we received was FIRST CLASS!!!! Waldo and the crew on the yacht were nothing short of AMAZING!!! They kept our glasses full and the snacks were delicious!!! Prior to the trip I inquired about a DJ because I wasn't sure if we could use our phones for Spotify or Pandora. Alonso didn't get a definitive answer from me and my travel agent so he took it upon himself to secure the DJ because he didn't want his to get booked by someone else. I AM SO GLAD HE DID!!! the DJ was a great addition to our day party! We were even a little late arriving to the yacht, so Waldo and the crew contacted our transportation company to advise them we would be a little late returning so we could receive our full 4 hour rental!!! The yacht was AWESOME!!!! If you are thinking about renting I highly recommend it! It was expensive, but WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! You should wear your bathing suit, coverup and comfortable shoes!!! Waldo and the crew will take care of everything else. Did I mention we even caught a fish! (We threw him back in!) We brought our own cards and dominoes and had a FABULOUS time!!! It was very comfortable and clean! The pictures did not do it justice!!! When I return to Puerto Vallarta this is the only yacht company I will consider!!

We chartered the 120ft Benetti for our group of 2 families with 5 young children. The boat is very safe for children, ours ranged from 2-8 yrs old. We had a babysitter provided that did a wonderful job. The staff looked after us really well with snacks, meals and drinks. They set up various activities for us such as use of both jet skis, tubing, paddle boarding, fishing, snorkeling and a stop at a private beach which was amazing. They even had a taxi for our group awaiting us on our arrival back to shore. The yacht itself is amazing inside, the photos don't do it justice at all, itt is well appointed and luxurious throughout.

Staff was very professional. The captain made an amazing ceviche on the boat with one of our fish. We caught a couple large jacks and a couple Bonito fish. Awesome day. Luis Mucino was excellent to deal with.

There were 13 of us on a 6 hour cruise. 70' yacht with open bar, snacks and lunch prepared for us. The crew and cruise was great. Snorkeled and jet skied. Had a great time. Wish I could spend more weekends like this one.

We will be in PV on April 17th thru April 24th...we are looking to rent a sailboat..we are experienced sailors. We would like to rent a fairly large one as there will be 12 adults..no kids. Or do you have a day or sunset cruise with a captain? Please let me know what you might be able to offer us.
