We left at 7:30 am from the Vallarta Adventures office and travelled on a catamaran to Puerto Vallarta to pick up additional passengers. We got to see the sun rise on the way there which was beautiful. On the way to Marietas Island, we saw 6-7 orcas (out of season), a few stingrays, and a couple dolphin. Snorkeling was not... More

We went with MiraMar adventures and they only allow 7 people at a time to tour. Thus we were able to get to individualized attention. I definitely recommend the smaller tours. The only down-side was they did not have kayaks which would have been nice to try out around the large lovely rocks. I love dramatic landscapes and the large... More

We were mislead into going on this tour. Only 40 people a day are allowed to go into the private beach area. We signed up for a tour and they told us we would all be able to go into the area but it was a lie. We took a 1.5 hour boat ride to snorkel - it was freezing... More

Great place to visit, snorkel, kayak, padel board etc. We went on a big tour and we had to wait for all the activities. I saw smaller tours which take advantage of everything without the crowded big options. Will go again without reserving a big tour.

If you like freezing cold water, and boring fish then this is your place! If not spend your money and time doing something else. I've seen more exciting fish in the lakes in Wisconsin.

Great dive site for certified divers. Good walls, tons of fish, lots of large morays and stingrays. Good clarity for Mexico Pacific. If you are in Puerto Vallarta, this is a place you should dive.

We were SO disappointed... my husband and I have visited the islands and swam to the hidden beach a few times before (last time March 2015) and wanted to show our boys. Well... things have changed!!! It's now ultra regulated and ultra boring... We drove to Punta Mita marina expecting to hire a boat to take us out. Nope! It's... More

We did a tour through Eco Adventures and crossed our fingers we'd be able to visit the hidden beach. Turns out our party of 10 only got 6 spots, so we did a lottery to see who would get in. Kind of an awkward system (seems like it should be your entire group gets to go or no one does).... More

This is only a snorkeling location , not a beach visit . The waves and current make it a little difficult . Visibility the day I went was pretty good . I would suggest a early morning tour as the waves are less in the am . We seen a ton of fish of all variety , octopus , ray... More

Great ONLY because we got to Hidden Beach! Snorkelling was not great...rough seas, big waves, and pretty crowded. If not for Hidden Beach it would have been average at best.
