We booked an excursion for snorkeling which ended up with the majority of the other people actually going scuba diving. Not a big deal, but I felt kind of like we a nuisance. The ride was very choppy & longer than I anticipated. The snorkeling wasn't very good due to murky water. The actual hidden beach/cave was PACKED with tourists.... More

We thought we would be able to snorkel in the "hole" but unless you pay the government a fee, you cannot. We were not given the option to pay and the waters were too green to see much. FANTASTIC ride out there, friendly crew, fun ride, saw dolphins and whales and the lunch was good! Just a long ride (2... More

Oh my! I Kevin and crew are so much fun! They are incredibly entertaining. David is quite a dancer. Water was murky but we saw tons of fish. Food was good. Great staff that made the trip so much fun

Went with my 2 grownup daughters. Great trip. The snorkeling was outstanding with great assortment of colorful fish. A bit rough for the paddle boards but that's nature. The highlight was Kevin and his crew. Just a great bunch of positive guys that make the trip. Incredible bird and eco highlights. A great value.

Keven's crew was awesome! The crew was very engaging and friendly. There was music, food, drinks, and dancing in the boat. The island was beautiful but the snorkeling was just ok, not very much to see. Paddle boarding was a lot of fun though! Saw a few whales and rays. I highly recommend this crew for your next Vallarta adventure.

Reconfirm or your tour gets cancelled. Pay extra maritime entrance fee, pay two park entry bands and just before you get on the boat you are told you will NOT see the hidden beach or step on the island. You are not told the water is cold, nor that there is no visibility to snorkel. By the named the tour... More

This trip did not start off well but finished on a very high note. Leaving in the very early morning we arrived at the dock to be told about an $85 Peso per person fee that we were not told about before booked the trip. Next we found out that the "beautiful catamaran" we would be sailing on was not... More

I would not recommend this trip if you've been snorkeling before unless you just enjoy any water and putting a mask on. It was a three hour uncomfortable boat ride to the islands from the main wharf. The water is cold and visibility by the reefs underwater are hazy at best, with few fish. Our crew was friendly, food was... More

Left from Nuevo, about 1.5 hr boat ride each way. We were not allowed to access the island as numbers have been restricted by the government but enjoyed information about it. The lovers beach is more visible as the sun moves toward noon so recommend as late a departure as possible. Snorkeling gear was provided, as were drinks and lunch... More

Marietas Eco Discovery snorkeling activity was a wonderful! We were greeted right off of our cruise ship and the transition to the catamaran was easy and convenient. The ride out to the island was pleasant and informative. It wasn't the best snorkeling just because the water was abnormally cold and not very clear. However, there were paddleboards and kayaks after... More
