This shoe store is the best in town, the people are nice and hard working people.
They have a diversity of options and very good customized hand made shoes.
Next time you visit PV you have to stop by at this place and ask for Marco Antonio he’s a nice guy.

You would walk right pass this place if it wasn't for the reviews. Yes it's cluttered and the sandals are in piles but the quality is there. I tried on several sandals but they didn't have the colour I wanted. The man said he could make a pair for me. I choose the leather, paid a deposit and picked the sandals up 4 days later. Very comfortable and well made. Price 4000 pesos.

How did we ever miss this great little, custom shoe store in Puerto Vallarta. After going to Puerto Vallarta for over 20 years, I can't believe we just found this great little shop. My husband bought a beautiful pair of sandals for about $25 and I had so many choices of cute sandals in different colors, it was hard to decide. The sales searched for me to find a new design that I absolutely love for only $20. On our next trip, we plan to go back as I want to have a pair of comfortable sandals which I purchased in the States for $60 made in a couple of other colors and for only $20 each. This is an absolutely must for your Puerto Vallarta trip.

I've been buying huaraches here forever! It's such a great little shop and you can watch them make huaraches right there in front of you. The walls are lined with different styles and colors of leather for men, women and children. My husband and I each bought a pair for $20/each.

Most of the sandals have a rubber tire sole, but the pair I bought doesn't so I'm curious to see how they hold up. Most of the shoes did have the tire sole - which is probably why they last so long.

They're super cute and make a great souvenir from Mexico!

As the previous reviewer stated, these things really do last forever. These babies take a lickin' and keep on tickin'.

Don't waste your time shopping for sandals in Puerto Vallarta. Your first day you come and see the brothers, pick out a style, pick out the leather, and pick out the sole. The brothers measure you and your set. You come back in three or four days and your custom sandals are ready. Listen to daCoach, my sandal source in Puerto Vallarta, da Best, and you should always listen to daCoach!!!!!!!!!! What you want at a great price

This is a great sandal shop in old town PV. It is best to go early in your vacation if you would like a pair of sandals made to order- to fit your feet. They take great care in measuring your feet and listen to you on what kind of sandals you want and if you need particular things done to them.

When we walked in, they were cutting leather to make someone some sandals. My husband had an "Adidas sandal" from home- the velcro ripped off down by the toe. Thus, He could not wear it in PV. He showed the guy and immediately the guy said he would use a sewing machine and fix it right then and there and it would be $3.50! WHAT A DEAL! We said, "ok!" In the states that would have cost over $15.00 and we would have to wait for several days.

I highly recommend this place if you want sandals made for your feet. They can make anything you want and also sandals that can be worn in water and then you keep walking on the pavement- they dry out. So versatile! Many of my friends have had sandals made here also.

Do not go to this store on a sunday. Why? The store is closed on sunday.

I, a male of 20, decided to go on a sunday. In short, one should not leave shopping for the last minute.

I read about about this vendor on TA and because I search out authentic crafts and wanted to check it out. I tried on several styles of women's sandals. You might want to bring some tissue to dust off the shoes before trying them on. I inspected all styles that were available in my size and I tried many of them on; I started to annoy them after 1/2 an hour. If I had more time in PV, I might have asked them to make me some dog collars and leashes. I am very happy wearing my huaraches with multi-colored strips for under $25.

We walked down from Amapas along 200 hyw to Huaracheria Fabiola, Vallarta Street #145. My husband's leather belt had broken at the holes. He wanted to get a leather belt blank & put his silver belt buckle on it. The fellow at the shop selected a black belt the same width & thickness of my husband's. How much? asked my husband. 250 pesos was the reply. He took their belt buckle off the belt, cut the belt to fit my husband's slim hips, & secured his silver belt buckle. So simple. If, you are looking for leather repairs, I highly recommend Huaracheria Fabiola.
