A photo captures a single moment in time, and this specialized excursion is designed to capture the magical moment when you encounter wild dolphins and majestic humpback whales in the Bay of Banderas. The essence of the Whale Photo Safari is to find the wildlife and enjoy those precious moments when you can sit peacefully and watch the whales and dolphins play, breach, or just hang out.

I've been on this trip twice now, and this is the best whale watching trip I have ever taken. Whales were everywhere, guides were knowledgeable and fun. I will do this trip every time I visit.

Very knowledgeable guides, inflatable boat was very smooth over the water and I never felt like I might get seasick. We were very fortunate to see many whales, dolphins, and even a sea turtle. The highlight of the tour was seeing the whales breach completely...More

This was a fun way to get close to the whales with a small group. Definitely bouncy on an inflatable like this, but we don't get seasick, so loved it. If you get motion sickness at all, go on a bigger boat. The photographer and...More

Our boat was jam packed, could not move. It took awhile to find the whales. We did see quite a few. Wish there was less then 28 people on board. I would recommend using a company that limits the number of guests. Got very sore...More

We booked this tour through our hotel, and showed up at the port at the designated time. We were slightly confused as the tour concierge at the hotel and the ticket we received listed the tour time as 1130 and to arrive 30 minutes early....More

Benjamin was our guide and wonderfully animated. We opted for the early 7:30 am start. You need a warm sweatshirt or fleece as it will start off rather cool. I was initially apprehensive about the boat as I don't travel well on water. I needn't...More

I want to book a trip with you next week. Are we allowed to bring our own camera? Where do we go to meet the boat? My wife and I are staying in Old Town. "Funman"

Yes, you can bring your own camera. I don't know the specific address for Vallarta adventures but it is an easy cab ride.
