Stopping here at the end of a day trip was wonderful! Nice places to rest, refresh and relax. Quiet!!! Peaceful and beautiful, with a sandy beach and views that were amazing. I am so glad I experienced it. I could see writing that novel here....

I was sailing to Yelapa and our tour guide stopped into Majahuitas so I got to enjoyed the snorkeling here much more than Marietas because there were more fishes in the area. Also a perfect spot for kayaking and paddle boarding. This is a must see if you're traveling to this part of the Banderas Bay.

Couldn't have imagined a better honeymoon- the food, the view, the staff and activities! Great 'roughing it' style resort- all of the amenities and service that you would want from a resort and a taste of the jungle life staying in a casita! The food was phenomenal- we can't imagine eating at home now! The location was perfect- abundance of... More

We visited majahuitas on a tour in February. We really enjoyed the beach area but the waves were a little more than we expected. We found that sitting in the beach chairs, munching on yummy food from the beach front restaurant, sipping a margarita, and watching people try their hand at parasailing was more our style! Sweet and relaxing spot!

My wife and I love Majahuitas. We have been I believe 5 or 6 times by now and plan to go back as soon as time allows. Majahuitas is perfect for couples of all ages who want to get away and relax with great atmosphere, food, and away from phones, wifi, TV, etc. The food is outstanding, and so is... More

Arriving by speedboat ( seating 12/14) approx 35 - 40 mins ride - this was a full day. On arriving we walked up narrow pathway to the falls with the opportunity to bathe in water & have photos taken. The falls were'nt as full as I expected but that could just be time of year. Along the pathway, not too... More

So for this tour we had a couple of activities to choose from, kayaking and snorkeling. Initially I had jumped into doing the kayaking because I wasn't at all interested in snorkeling. The kayaking was pretty cool but then you realize you get tired of paddling with certain destination. Then I went into snorkeling was really cool seeing something you... More

We did this tour along with going to the town Yelapa. We were not at the beach part of Majahuitas. My experience was more with Yelapa. We walked through the town up to the falls and it was an experience for us to see how the people of this little town lived. Men and woman make a living selling their... More
