Never a dull moment

Just hang out in a coffee shop and watch the crowd...Never a dull moment...My favourite is Cafe' San Angel for Latte's and a bagel!

For some time we've walked past and wondered why so many visitors stop in. Didn't have that organized, clean kitchen we see in nearly all of PVs highly rated restaurants. But we picked a very quiet morning to have nearly total attention. The waiter was not helpful and though only us we had to reach out for his attention. Not... More

This street has many different shops, restaurants and pubs. You can find almost everything you need here. Very friendly and safe to wander around in the evening as well. Lots of great vacation rentals or hotels in this area. Just check it out!

If you can walk it, it has an incline, but when you get to the high end, traveling southward, there will be stairs that will take you up to different levels. And all of the restaurants and coffee shops are cool to try. You have some traditional Mexican places that are actually highly original with varieties of family sauces highly... More

This area is very popular with tourists. You're surrounded with good restaurants and lively bars. Make sure to get on the beach side for another row of restaurants. Take an outside seat, have a few drinks with your meal and enjoy people watching.

Sadly the whole South Side is becoming just too touristy for my tastes these days, what with the "Cake Boss" cupcake shops (clearly for the tourists, not the locals) and the high-end chocolate shops (which has been for sale almost since the day it opened??). Sadly all of these businesses have pushed the little local mom & pop tiendas out... More

In a short block there are at least six great bars and restaurants. Great place to people watch and dog watch.

Great place to people watch, eat, and shop. They have all different kinds of parades on this street. It is always busy but very interesting. A must see.

Olas Altas is like strolling along a European street. Outdoor cafes at every turn. Shopping galore. Stop for a ice cream. If you enjoy people watching or just going for a leisurely stroll Olas Altas is the street to do it on.

When in PV, you must visit Olas Altas neighborhood located in te heart of the Romantic Zone and within 2 blocks from beaches!! There are many shops, Cafe's, restaurants and massage places to see and experience. You can easily spend an entire day walking around. I highly recommend this area!
