Who knew chocolate tea was a thing?! AND that it’s good! Gio was our host, she was very knowledgeable, funny and fluent in English. We went over the history and production of chocolate. Then tasted everything from the bean, nibs, drinks to chocolate candies we made.

Informative, interactive, and lots of fun :) Bring something to add to the chocolate bars that you make! They have a number of things already but I think some artistic expression sometimes include a departure from the ordinary!

We had an amazing time at the ChocoMuseo. It was a wonderful family activity and very informative. The chocolate was delicious! Jorge was a great instructor and really took the time to get to know us and offer us individualized sessions.

Maria Elena is one of the most talented pastry chefs! Her creations are beyond amazing and I can’t wait to see what she and ChocoMuseo come up with next!
