Good waiting area organization, nice light bread and coffee before boarding, nice small breakfast of 2 small pancakes and some fresh fruit on the boat. Boat really packs 200 people in cheap plastic chairs - very tight. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Trip was to Islas Marietas - Marietas Island, which is some kind of Mexican Nature Reserve, so... More

They took us to Marietas island, they provided breakfast and optional activities for those who didn't want to do snorkel or swim all the way to marietas island, like canopy and some boards. After al the activities they open the alcoholic drinks bar (to avoid accidents) and they set up some activities on the way back, we had a lot... More

We were picked up in Nuevo, so the day was a little shorter for us, which was good. They picked us up at 9:45ish and we were probably back to the Marina in Nuevo by 4:15. It wasn't' too crowded, which was nice. I've been on these trips before where you feel like your packed in like sardines. We thought... More

This is a review of the Crucero Bahia Alegre cruise to the Marietas Islands. The boat was adequate although you will spend most of the 8-9 hour cruise in a plastic patio chair. We were on the "Bahia Alegre" boat which is a catamaran style hull and provided a comfortable ride although the seas were small the day of our... More

Well organised but very touristy. A long boat trip made longer by picking up others from a distant marina. A mix of activities - kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkelling. Life-vests compulsory. Food was okay and the drinks welcome. Excellent host and great staff. Can be busy at Islas Marietas so positioning of the boat is a lottery. Snorkelling conditions not so... More

We really enjoyed a beautiful day on the water with this tour. The host/MC Luis was funny, engaging and charismatic. The rest of the crew followed suit and was very attentive. The food was great. The activities were just the right amount of time. It helped that the weather was absolutely perfect. We also saw some Dolphins. They did a... More

I had been to Marietas before with a different company, but my friend visiting PV with me this time had not been, so we went on Bahia Alegre. We were both very happy with our full day on the water. The crew was excellent, friendly and so hard-working for the entire day. We took the boat from PV marina across... More

We went on this trip with a group of 7 to the Marietas Islands. We have been here 4 times and enjoyed this trip as the boat is a little smaller than some other tour companies so not so overwhelmed with the amount of people and we didn't feel so rushed. breakfast is served on board for the trip out.... The crew were very friendly and entertaining, especially on the way back. It was a lot of fun We found the trip to be longer then they said it was going to be (the sellers from the beach said it only takes about an hour to get to the islands) Recommend no late partying the night before

Staff was very friendly and accommodating and the food was fairly good but you need to know what you're in for before you go. Main thing to know is that this is NOT an excursion for families with small kids or people who are not reasonably good swimmers. You can choose to do the swim to the hidden beach (or... More
