Usually we are going downtown but Saturday night we decided to try La Santa, which it was very good. Dress code is long pants for men. They have a good service, music is great, wonderful lighting and nice decoration. It is no dance floor but you can dance around your table. Each table has two bartenders. DJ was very good with a great mix. They have a singer too. Mostly local was there. We had a great time. Highly recommended ❤️…

We went to La Santa tonight based on the hotel’s recommendation. We paid the entry fee for 4 people which was equal to $95 USD. We were told that we can pay extra for a bracelet to get unlimited drinks. We chose not to because we don’t drink much and wanted to pay for individual drinks. We ordered a couple of rounds and walked around, when some guys invited us over to their table and offered us drinks. We joined and they poured us a drink.. a couple of minutes later, their big security bold guy, who stated his name was Hugo (but I doubt that it’s his real name) came and started asking us why we were drinking there and we were super confused because we were invited to drink at a table. He made such a big deal (while all of us were super confused about the situation) and escorted us out without a real explanation. I was livid and asked to speak to the manager... the manager was rude and ignored us completely. He knew we were waiting for him, but he somehow didn’t even care!!! I finally demanded to speak to him and I explained what happened. He told us that the guys shouldn’t have invited us for drinks because we needed a bracelet. We told him we didn’t know because in the US, when you have a table, you can invite whoever you want. Apparently, this is not how it works here & the manager didn’t care at all. I asked for a refund and he refused, but I will be calling AMEX tomorrow to dispute the charges. Horrible manager, horrible security... not worth the money & the night was completely ruined for something so stupid that should have been handled differently. Just because you have tourists coming in and out of your club, you don’t have the right to be so rude. I will be leaving reviews on other networks for this awful place! STAY AWAY especially If you’re visiting from the US.…

Located next to La Isla shopping center, this club is tailored to serve the middle/upper class of the city. The music is great with playing the recent hip hop hits with a mixture of rock en español (Spanish rock) from the 80’s. There is a cover of 200 pesos which is about 10 US dollars. I would recommend it, make sure to dress up nice! …

Some friends recommended la Santa and I enjoyed a delicious artisan pizza and cocktails there. Get yourself dressed up to fit in with the locals who’ve made the effort. Obviously busy on Friday and Saturdays and service can be a bit slow. Definitely a place for the locals but as a tourist with a local friend I had a very good night in a upscale Vallarta bar.…

If you are not a local or traveling with a group of 5 or more, hard pass. However, if you do go, dress to impress or you'll be waiting in line. If you're with a good looking group of girls even better. My friend and I were lucky to meet some locals at our resort, and we did an open bar package with our hotel. Since there were 10 of us, we got a table and bottle service. (five people who purchase open bar = bottle service) The guys at our tablw were tentative, made sure we were taken care of. But here's the thing. THERES NO DANCE FLOOR. This place is for you and your friends to get bottles and show off to the others that you came with a big crew and are popping bottles. I mean, it was cool to flex and all, but everyone was flexing. If you wanted to go out and dance the night away, you wont able to do that here. Because it was very very weird just dancing at the table area. There are definitely better and funner clubs in the area. …
