Although not a city we would have thought to go on our own, we ended up spending six days here on a recent vacation with a group. Amazing time. Lovely people. Always felt completely safe and was more comfortable with my son walking around here...More

The Malecon is a great introduction to the beaches of Mazatlan. You'll see it first by car as you taxi to your domicile. Then you need to get out and walk a section. In the south you'll find the Lighthouse, the cliff divers and the...More

This was our second visit to the Malecon so we enjoyed showing our friends around. Beautiful scenery, a great place to take a nice long stroll. Worth a visit

The Malecon is a great place to walk and enjoy the fresh air and the sight of the waves crashing. There are various statues or scultures along it - all really impressive.

The Malecon goes along the ocean and ancient symbols are found on the walkway. Statues are there also. It is a beautiful walkway.

longest stretch of walkway along the ocean I've seen. Nice and wide, some vendors along the way and fountains, statues and great people watching. Many little restaurants off the malecon along the beach.
