The caddie at El CID is what makes this course special, his name is Santiago, service is what he does best, ready at a moments notice to take care of you. Staying at he luxury villa in El CID we were 60 seconds away from being on the course and Santiago was a phone call away.

This was our 3rd vacation playing golf here. Although the course was in better shape on our previous visits in December we understand April is the end of the season for golf in Mazatlan. With three nines to choose some you can have variety if you play a few rounds over your stay. We paid $135 USD for 2 golfers... More

Even if you do not play golf, the Taco Shack offers a lovely setting for a margarita or cold brew and a delicious taco or good old fashioned hot dog! Rojo is the host, cook and bar man, who always has a smile. Very pleasant!

We stayed at the Marina El Cid and every day caught the easy shuttle to the Country Club for a workout at their gym!! Great equipment - new Cybex! Loved it! Also have a separate studio for those that want more freedom. Had to sign in each time, not a hassle. Staff very friendly. Water and towels provided. Not huge,... More

My husband and I have never been to Mazatlan nor have we played golf anywhere in Mexico. The mandatory caddy, so far is not my favourite thing. The caddy we had was constantly trying to "fix" our swings, insisting in inappropriate clubs for shots, was chauvinistic and generally a pain. I may be a tad testy given the state of... More

Golf course is in good shape. They have three 9-hole tracks (varies from 3000yrds to 3300 yards depending on tee boxes). Played the morro and marina and had a lot of fun. The caddies are good and the food at the half way house is amazing. Try to marlin tacos!! Will be going back before my vacation is over and... More

We had Marlin tacos and a Pacifico beer while watching the golfers on # 3 Castillo Green. A great waiter named Rojo keeps the place running in both English and Spanish. The tacos have to the best in Mazatlan and a special treat in a unique location.

This course is 27 holes and in really good shape for a Mexican Golf Course. We golfed here twice so were able to do all 3 nines. The pro shop/caddies are great. Note; if you don't golf, and just want to ride along with your spouse, they do not charge. If you are staying at the El Cid Resorts you... More

Country Club Gym/Spa During the week they open at 0600. The equipment is well kept and the areas clean with multiple TVs to occupy your interest as you work out. They have free weights, many different types of weight machines, treadmills and seated bicycle style equipment. On weekend they start at 0700. The staff at the lockers is great. Towels... More

We played here on April 18th, we had a really good time, we were offered the special price for hotel guests which ended up to be close to 850 pesos (car included). The course is nice, well maintained, it has a total of 27 for you to choose. The restaurant at the club house is very good, I suggest you... More
