we took a pulmonia up and around the hill area and were pleased with the views. We rented the cab and driver for two hours and that was a great decision. They were able to take us to places that would have been difficult to find and saved us a lot of time. The driver was fun and knowledgeable.

Cerro de la Neveria also named as El Mirador, the place where you will be able to see the beauty city.

The gentle contours of Cerro de la Neveria, or Icebox Hill,have gradually given way to the stubble of houses, television towers and even one rathr tall condominium building. But while it is no longer attractive to look at from a distance, it offers amazing views from the winding spiral streets that climb its sides. Possibly the least interesting view is... More
