Lucas was a great host and guide. We experienced a variety of authentic local food that included Ray stew, ceviche, and taco dorados, as well as locally made Pacifico beer and even ice cream! Yummy! We also learned a bit about the city and history of Mazatlan, fed birds on the beach in a way like no other, and saw local merchants selling seafood and other wares. We even had a request to stop at a local shop and Lucas with is driver Carlos were able to make that happen. Definitely worth the experience! Do not miss this if you have the time. Great doing it early in the trip so you can spot places to visit while in town.

This is my second cooking class with Paola Osuna and, once again, she doesn't disappoint. This class was gems of Mexico: tomato, beans, vanilla. The hands-on experience is the best way to learn cooking. The recipes are simple, with local ingredients, and fantastic flavor. We eat what we make. She allows time for all questions. From appetizers to dessert, everything was perfect and I will definitely be making this at home. Paola makes it easy. And without an oven! Will definitely attend her other classes next visit to Mazatlan.

Amazing cooking class! Paola invited us into her kitchen at home to learn about Mexican gastronomy and how to prepare Tacos, one of the most important dishes. A truly unique experience which I highly recommend to anyone who enjoys authentic Mexican cuisine.

My friends and I had a wonderful time with Paola. We learned a lot, and had a lot of fun learning how to make tacos from four different regions. We all were inspired now to try to make our own tortillas! I would highly recommend this experience, and will be suggesting it to all of our guests.

We took Paola's taco cooking class as a group of 7 and we were absolutely blown away. Not only did we learn how to prepare tortillas and several types of tacos, we also learned about Mexican gastronomy, its history and regional differences, and it's contribution to global gastronomy. The tacos that Paola taught us to make gave us a perfect variety of choices for everyone in our group, and she was very flexible as nuanced food restrictions came up on short notice. Every wish we had was fulfilled. All of this learning how to cook was made all the more warm and memorable thanks to the setting. Paola welcomed us into her home which made our dinner not just a class, but a family experience. Muchas gracias Paola and Malini, the best food we had in our week here was with you!
